Food was absolutely delicious and our service was fantastic. My only major complaint was that there was only one employee on the floor the whole time we were there and I felt bad because she had to handle everything. She did great and came and greeted us and was very nice during the time we were there though. We are excited to come back. This is by far my favorite local pizza joint now.
Price is absolutely fair for the quality you get. This pizza lasted for 3 or 4 lunches after my family had already had a crack at it the night we went.

Zero stars for service, pizza, atmosphere or otherwise. Walked in Saturday March 7, 2026 around 3:30 p.m. to order a pizza. The sole person “working” there took 10 minutes to acknowledge we’d walked in. We proceeded to order and she informed us she takes cash only. We said that would be fine. She then informed us that she could not take our order for an hour because she had a large pizza order to make. We obviously walked out. How is this place still in business?

Big Daddy’s Pizza is decent, but nothing that really stands out. The pizza was okay—good portion sizes and fairly priced—but the flavor was hit or miss. The crust was a bit too chewy, and the toppings were average, not very generous. Service was fine, though a little slow during peak hours. It’s a solid option if you’re hungry and nearby, but not a place I’d go out of my way for.

I honestly really enjoy this pizza but lately it has been difficult to actually order the pizza.
Today 6 pm on a Saturday night I called 4 times and it was never answered. This is a common pattern and not the first time. It’s sadly often understaffed or not collecting anymore orders for the evening. We have been customers for years before the owner switch and would love to keep being a customer. We WANT to buy your pizza…… Please have enough staff/ingredients to do so.

So this is my second time ordering a pizza from kaysville. Last time they supposedly had a family emergency so they had to shut down. Google says they close at 9:00 which is wrong. I just called and I guess they’re still there cleaning up and it’s 6:00. But before I called and after I placed my order, they want to tell me that they can’t once again finish my order when I made the order before 6:00. Not only is an inconvenient twice now but their website is not accurate that Google is not accurate. Poor customer service. I wrote a Google review before and all’s I say is sorry. That’s that’s not good enough. You can’t say sorry and not show some of your sorry

Went here for a sit down pizza dinner with the family and the very lovely lady that took our order was very nice and helpful. She was also the one to make our pizza, I think she was the only one running the place but she made our pizzas pretty quickly and it was delicious!! She helped us figure out what pizzas to get, we got the chicken alfredo and the combo which both were fantastic!

Had the craving, yeah man, craving for a pie!! No not banana cream pie,,, A PIZZA PIE!!! So I’m looking for pizza a long the way and BIG DADDY’S PIZZA popped up. Now they used to call me Big Daddy back in the day so I thought I’d give a try… Talk about being in right place at the right time because not only did I get a delicious Super Combo 14″ pizza 8 ordered but the nice young lady says,” you want a free cheese pizza?” and I say, “YOU KNOW I WANT A FREE CHEESE PIZZA!!! ” ” DON’T THREATEN ME WITH A GOOD TIME! “

Called twice and didn’t answer, so I showed up to walk in and they were closed 2 hours early on a Saturday night. There was one individual inside. I decided to call again, confused of why their open signs were lit up and doors were locked. She picked up and said they are closed for an employee activity. There was clearly nobody else inside. SMH

I tried to talk to them cause I’m new to the area and the lady was so rude. She didn’t wanna tell me about anything about her pizza. She acted so put out when I asked her how long it takes to cook a pizza, if I were to wait there like where’s the customer service these days and I don’t ever leave bad reviews, but she was not a nice woman. I’m a single dad of two girls and they’re very picky but she didn’t wanna talk to me at all.
