We’ve eaten here a few times now, and every time the food is great! It’s very consistent on the food and service. Tonight we had Moe as a server and she was great! I have to say these are some of the best crab legs I’ve ever had. I have to say, the jalapeño poppers are very good also. They taste like they’re made with pickled jalapeños. It’s well worth the 1+hr drive from Thomaston to Peachtree City. If you’ve never eaten here, you’re missing out. They’ve got the bar side and the family friendly side. We’re now eating here twice per month.

Went to Big Daddy’s with a seafood extravaganza in mind, and it didn’t disappoint.
Started with an appetizer special “Treasure Chest” featuring Scallops and Shrimp baked on a Fish fillet and topped with bread crumbs that was unique and delicious. Followed by Fried Oysters, Crab Legs, Oysters Rockefeller, and finally Peanut Butter Fudge Cheesecake (which had to be taken home after a couple of bites). All of it was very satisfying and delicious.
A great bar atmosphere, on the bar side, with pool tables and darts, as well as a family-friendly restaurant with a separate entrance adjoining the bar. Something for everybody!

I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately i had a negative take out experience. I came in last night and ordered the fish tacos togo. The flavors were great and the portions are also great for what you’re paying for. The customer service was also incredibly pleasant. The fries were also really good very well seasoned and you can tell that the seasoning is house made! But unfortunately i was served raw food. After i finished my first taco (it was so good) i took a bite of the second one and noticed the texture was off. Fully cooked fish should have body to it and flake once pressure is applied. My fish was mushy and dull in color which was a red flag. Upon further inspection i realized that my second taco that Ive halfway eaten was raw. I understand having a long shift and wanting to get the order out asap. But please make sure the food has at least reached its internal temperature. Waiting a couple of more minutes could save you from a negative review or even worse food borne illness.

This is the place for seafood and drinks. Smoking is allowed inside, so if you don’t like that, they have minimal seating outside, they also have a family side too, that’s non smoking. They have pool tables throughout the place and open early and stay open late. The locals know this place well, and certain days are busy.
We’ve been going for years here and have never been disappointed. The seafood buckets are what we order with crab legs and shrimp, along with the drinks, which are top notch! Their soups are great too, salads and sandwiches, all of which we’ve had, are very large portions. The staff is on point, and always interested in if you need anything. Big Daddy’s has been around for years, and not leaving anytime soon, so take a trip to Peachtree City and try this local favorite.

Excellent place to go for some great oysters or wings, or just about anything on their menu. The service is great! The bar side does allow smoking so if that would bother you then we highly recommend the “non-smoking” side.

Seen they had buckets of crablegs and shrimp. Got one. 2 lbs of crablegs and a pound of shrimp.. was excited. The shrimp shells were mushy not solid. Tasted moldy. Then the crablegs were over cooked and mushy also tasted moldy. Was not happy. Ate cause I was hungry and skipped lunch. They offered $12 off the price but that didn’t get the moldy taste out my mouth. Dairy Queen did!
