The portions are small — I was surprised by how small the “big plate” was, and then found out that they even have extra rice under the meat to make the container look fuller.
Bbq chicken was cold (even though I ate this immediately after it became ready for pickup).
The fried chicken was ok but some of my pieces were completely unseasoned. Even the bits that were seasoned were still quite bland. I was like “ah, it must be because I’m supposed to eat it with the sauce, right?”. So I tried the sauce (spicy special) — it tasted like lightly rancid mayo, no sign of spicy either… I’m not sure if it’s meant to be this way or if I got a spoiled version…
My partner got the mac salad — he liked it but I thought it smelled funny, kind of like Greek yogurt.
All in all I would have rather just cooked at home.

order off uber. saw bad reviews tried canceling. called them and a robot told me to use uber app. went to uber app and the robot told me to call them. went in person and they said they can’t refund. took the food to give it a chance. it was room temperature in a locker. very bland. small portion even for being half off. felt sick a few hours later. Still no refund or accountability. I guess cause it’s a ghost kitchen there’s no one to be responsible for this.

This is the first review of 2025. I accidently ordered off the uber app from a whim. Until I read the reviews meanwhile my meal was in route. I think they changed the cook yall. Chicken was cooked well rice as well. Mac needs its home recipe for sure. Was the chicken hot? No it was warm. But I am very impressed by the improvement. I won’t be ordering again though.

Ordered through an app. Got the Large Hawaiian BBQ chicken plate. Portion sizes are large with a lot of chicken and rice. The smell from it was very unappetizing. Mac salad was edible. Food wasn’t enjoyable and did not finish it. Fairly mid meal for the price and taste.

It would be nice if they posted in the lobby area how you are supposed to pick up your order because the guy who was “working” there was clueless. He said my order would be ready in 12 minutes but I was notified via text that it was ready. Needless to say, my order sat in some locker for 20 minutes. A dasher told me how to p/u the order after she saw that I’d been waiting so long. The food was decent, but obviously cold.

Big Daddy Hawaiian BBQ and Fatty’s Teriyaki are the same. The picture you guys on door dash are same. The chicken teriyaki worst I’ve ever ordered. Why is it diced into cube ? ! And completely dry. The sauce – horrible – watery – bland. Rice not even one portion. Small portion. Smallest portion size ever ! Other customers you’ve been warned. If you order Fattys Teriyaki. You’ll most likely get it from Big Daddy’s. They have same address. That’s not good practice. Just horrible.
