Pleasantly surprised by the spaghetti, spiced independently of the sauce. Ends being a bit heavy on the salt, but I enjoy it, and it’s certainly not going amiss with the Kansas heat and the sweating anyone outside will be doing. The garlic bread is a perfect combination, and green beans are excellent (canned but properly seasoned and with proper piggy additions )

Randomly stopped during our travels and grabbed some food. The waitress was very polite and sweet. Food was good priced and fresh. Smash burger and popcorn chicken were good. Glad we stopped.

We just finished a delicious, hot breakfast at this warm and friendly restaurant. It is conveniently located right on HWY 56 and had ample parking for our pull behind trailer. They have many varied food options to select from and we were surprised at how quickly our food was prepared. We were pleased with everything and would highly recommend.

We are eat here sometimes when we head to Elkhart for errands. I’ve never had anything that I didn’t like. They have a catfish special on Friday nights. I always enjoy that. Some other items you can never go wrong with are the Patty melt, chicken croissant sandwich, sweet potato fries, and calf fries. My dad and. I stopped in today and I had the Patty Melt with sweet potato fries, and my dad ordered a Swiss Mushroom burger with fried okra, and we ordered calf fries and fried mushrooms. We ended up taking about half of our meals home. This was his first time there and he thought it was good.

Awesome restaurant, the staff was very helpful and went over the daily specials with us.
Our meal came out quick and beautiful, wish I had photos to share however it looked so good I ate it first.

I stopped in for breakfast after staying the night at El Rancho Motel just a few buildings down. I ordered the Special Hashbrowns (recommended, and say yes to the offered salsa or tabasco if you like them spicier), coffee (just right), and a small glass of orange juice. The young man, Jonathan, I believe, who seemed to be working the entire restaurant, was friendly and efficient, and I was happy with the service and my food. The restaurant was clean, and the prices were reasonable, too. Big C’s doesn’t look like much from the outside, but definitely stop in if you’re in the area.

Went out for lunch today while visiting family, food was great but the service was better! The young man who waited our table was patient while my 2 year old wondered around the empty restaurant and was extremely kind to us through the whole meal. He sold us an amazing apple pie and even gave my daughter a dollar from his own pocket for her to play the claw machine. 10/10 will be back again when we visit in the future!

Just passing through Elkhart and we decided to stop here for lunch. The service was friendly and the food was very good. We were a group of 4 and 3 of us shared the Big C’s burger and a side and had plenty of food. Fried okra for an appetizer was great and the fountain drinks were also good. We’ll come back if we are back this way.

Exactly what you want in a small town cafe! Delicious food, clean, friendly staff. Hometown goodness. Definitely try the spicy cheese curds if you want some heat.
