This was the first time I come to the Richmond branch, very nice and big restaurant. Service was as on a Wednesday evening so not too busy. I sat at the bar and the service was just perfect, super nice and patient server. I even asked for recommendations on wings sauces and they were good – spicy but good.
I will definitely consider coming back in the future, specifically on Thursday for the socials on boneless!

Service was a little slow. Not too busy, but really loud and hard to have conversation. Fried mushrooms were ok, white wings were good. Ranch was somewhat bland. Flavor of traditional and boneless wings was good. May be something silly, but the straws for the big plastic cups they use are a bit small/short/skinny. We will be back, though, it is worth trying again.

I stopped in at Big City Wings in Richmond and had such a great experience! The wings were absolutely delicious—crispy, saucy, and cooked perfectly. The vibe here is fun and welcoming, and the service really made it stand out. Cassandra (with K! was our bartender, and she was amazing—super attentive, friendly, and made sure our drinks were always full. It’s rare to get service that genuine these days, and she really made the whole night even better. Highly recommend this spot for anyone who loves great wings and top-notch service!

I hadn’t been to big city wings in 3 years. Kasandra and Manuel made this an awesome experience! We were watching NFL playoffs and they made it an awesome experienc! I recommend this place to Richmond/ Katy residences as a cool place to hang out and watch games!!!

Ordered the sour cream & onion, spicy lemon pepper, and Golden fever flavors. Spicy lemon and Golden fever tasted good. The sour cream and onion was lacking flavor on some of the wings tho. Inside and outside of the restaurant seems like a fun friendly environment. Staff was amazing and approachable. They took the time to get to know me. Wings were real meaty. I’m definitely coming back again!!!!

Overall atmosphere is nice for a sports bar setting. For “wings” being in the name, they were not very good. Sauce was ok but the wings were small with very little meat.

Our server was great, very sweet and attentive sadly we didn’t catch her name but she had light brunette hair and glasses. My sister and I sat at the bar and got wings, spicy garlic Parmesan and crawdaddy, they were delicious we highly recommend the spicy garlic Parmesan it was very tasty!

Big City Wings in Richmond is legit one of the best wing spots around. The wings come out hot, fresh, and packed with flavor, and the beer’s always cold. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the service. Kassandra behind the bar runs the show—she’s fast, on point, and makes everyone feel right at home. You can tell she actually cares about her customers. Definitely my go-to spot when I want good food, good vibes, and great people.

I had a terrible experience. My wings had no flavor. I was given 3 flats and 7 drumetts out of 10 wings and the flats are my favorite. My server was not happy to be there at all and the $54 dollar bill was a complete rip-off. I will never return.
