Be prepared if you order delivery to wait for at least an hour and a half to receive. It doesn’t matter what day of the week. It has been a while since I ordered because of delivery service and tried again this evening. It has already been an hour and 15 minutes. When I called they said I was next. That was 15 minutes ago. The last time I ordered delivery it took two hours. I’ve learned my lesson. While the pizza is good not interested in waiting this long for pizza delivery.

Best pizza ever!!! First timer here at this business and it is now our go to spot! Expensive but you pay for what you get and totally worth it! Every one of us totally loved it and we ordered 3 different kinds of pizza! Amazing!

The cheese sticks was good with garlic butter . Garlic knots was good. Pizza was ok not as good as usual. But I requested extra cheese on top of the pepperoni. It came with very little cheese and pepperoni was still on top. The guy the brought the pizza to me try to tell me the pepperoni was under the cheese. But clearly you could see the pepperoni because it was not covered with cheese. I almost sent it back but didn’t want to wait because I already drove hours and half to get here.Was a little frustrated because this place has great products that’s why I drove 1.5. They definitely need to up grade restaurant it looks old and run down. I definitely recommend this place and i will go back. Hopefully next visit will as good as before.

Such a huge variety of unique flavors on their menu, and the customer service experience is consistently good Plenty of deals, especially when ordering online. Highly recommend the bourbon glazed wings & the bronx pizza. The chicken bacon ranch pizza is also delicious The calzones are customizable and fresh and very filling! Love the atmosphere also! Family friendly and nice setup of arcade style games.

We ordered a gluten free pizza deluxe. It tasted very good and the crust was not grainy at all. However that night my wife got sick and the whole next day she was nauseous and sick to her stomach. Our best guess is they did not use a gluten free crust at all. Our cashier was clueless about almost anything on the menu. He was barely above a statue. No personality.

The restaurant we had originally booked months ago unexpectedly down. Big City Pizza was available the weekend we needed so we booked with them.
We ordered 3 of the jumbo pizzas for our party of 24 and still came home with a box of leftovers. The pizza was good as well.
Staff and service were excellent and we are very grateful for the help to host our event last minute.

Best pizza I’ve had. Must try the garlic knots and thin crust Tipsy Chicken pizza. Both were perfectly hot, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside… perfectly cooked. Games for the kids here too. They even have a 28” giant pizza option to feed 10+ people.

I’m not sure of the lil cute red headed girl with glasses name but she has the best customer service I’ve ever seen. We came at about 8pm tonight & they were getting ready for closing. They let us know but didn’t feel like they tried to rush us or anything. Highly recommend this place!
