Overpriced slices for the lack of quality.($5 for thin pepperoni average size) There a lot better choices in the area. What really got me was that they use that cheap tasting blue cheese, that is a big no no for WNY pizza. I get that they mostly cater to the drunk bar crowd that couldn’t care less at 1 am but if they want people to show up other times they have to step it up a little. They were nice tho, got a free drink with two slices so that kind justifies it but definitely wish I went elsewhere

Keep up the great service, it’s showing in your reviews. Best bar style chicken wings I’ve ever had… delicious. I ordered Lemon Pepper Wings with Mild Sauce and I just wish I had more! I’m gonna take one from the kids lol. Trying the pizza next.

Went to east end pizza and deli for the first time in person and I could definitely tell why my order took so long to be delivered. The pizza was amazing and so were the Cajun wings no one makes them like east end. My problem was there where 3 people on staff and only 2 acknowledged anyone in the restaurant. The front counter woman was so chatty talking to her friend paying no attention to the customers, not helping what so ever, so much so that when the second woman who was preparing orders handed me my food, the front counter woman didn’t even check to see if I’d paid(which I hadn’t) I would’ve walked out but the woman who made my pizza and the guy who made the wings wouldn’t have deserved that so I paid and left but it was very unsettling to see that behavior especially when it was so busy and there were so many orders. I love east end pizza and deli but that front counter woman is definitely the one thing blocking me from going back. I wish I’d gotten the preparers names they were awesome!!

So, I’m posting this for my mother who stopped in to get a sandwich. It was a Friday night so a lot of people that came in were coming from the bars next door and were acting silly…. My mother wasn’t in a bad mood at all and she said her and the other costumers were having fun and joking. So why was it the only person that had an issue with my mother was a worker. Male and short she said. The lady he was training was very sweet, even took the time to answer my mom. Especially when the man ignored my mom. Even ,made sure to walk away when my mom asked questions. He was answering other customers questions with a smile and even gave my moms friend free pizza. Even though he didn’t want to give my mom the same treatment.(when she wanted pizza as well) What troubles me the most is that her friends (who are white) were also very confused and very uncomfortable by the treatment shown to my mom. I’m not going to throw the R word around but the treatment was so unacceptable and completely unfair. I’m very upset that this happened to my family on a day of celebration. Again the worker being trained was amazing, my mom and I very much appreciate her!! But there needs to be action for the shorter Caucasian gentleman cause he ruined and made the vibe very uncomfortable

Went for a slice over lunch, its not bad pizza. If you need a quick bite it’s the perfect place. Three stars because it’s not amazing but it will do in a pinch. 6/10 would recommend.

Stopped in for a quick slice before checking in at the hotel. Seriously perfect slice of pizza. Ordered a side of BC dressing to dip the pizza in and it had big chunks of bleu in it. OMG I’m going to bring a pizza back home when we leave town. $5/slice for pepperoni thanks Brandon

Lousy. First pizza was so ovetthin it was soup. Called and complained and walked back to get our new one. Got it home and it was the same thing but somehow they burnt the bottom. Worst pizza place ever. Go to Big Deal pizza on Monroe Ave. They are always friendly on the phone, they appreciate your business, and they are always consistent. Oh and they are open mad late. To 3 am sometimes

We ended up at this place Sunday evening because most every other place with dinner options was closed. My friend told the counter person, ” we tentatively chose this place because there wasn’t much else, but after the service and food, it will be a first choice in the future.” Staff was friendly and helpful, and my burger was obviously hand formed and cooked to order from fresh ground beef. They happily swapped out a side salad for the fries, and while I expected some limp ice burg with a pale slice of hot house tomato, I was overjoyed at an extremely fresh, crisp baby greens mix with plenty of fresh red onion, tomato, and a few other veggies tossed in! Wow! On par with a restaurant quality salad! While not listed on the menu, there was a black bean burger option for my vegetarian friend, and it was tasty enough that I would consider a meat-free dinner night for myself.
Thinking the one time experience could be a fluke, I returned a couple days later to try the pizza. A great, tomatoey-rich sauce, not sweet, with a great crust. The crust is not NY style thin, but thicker with both a crisp bottom but some teeth in the softer chewy middle. Good enough that I want to get a bit of sauce on the side and dip it like a breadstick. I learned the pizza place is affiliated with the bar & grill next door. Completely different staff on this visit, but equally eager to be helpful and friendly while also giving me space and time to allow me to get my writing homework done for a class later that night. In too many ways to list here, both times staff went above and beyond to personalize their service to my needs and make me feel welcomed. Plus a good cup of coffee, too! I think I found a new spot in the East End to frequent!
