I was excited to see they had healthy breakfast options when I went to try this place out. I ordered their egg white, avocado, and turkey bacon wrap. The turkey bacon was rubber. Almost like it was microwaved. Barely any eggs or avocado, and all wrap. I took a few bites and threw it away. Also almost broke my tooth on this piece of avocado that was hidden in there. Totally disappointed for a $10 wrap.

Excellent sandwiches and wraps! We ordered 20 large subs and 50 wraps very last minute for a party and the sandwiches were done on time and they were all fresh. The manager Ryan was very accommodating and was working together with me diligently to pull this off. Very happy with Big City Bagels! 5 stars all around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve lived in the area for 22 years & have been a customer since this place opened. Today I ordered a bagel toasted w/ cream cheese & a porkroll egg & cheese on a bagel. Easy order. Waited a few minutes & I was handed my tasted bagel. The guy said other sandwich would be right out. He made 4 pots of coffee & no sandwich! I asked the woman & she said 4 more minutes on my sandwich. It was like I never ordered it. I explained that now my toasted bagel was cold. She made another & that one got cold before I got my one sandwich. They need a new system! Paying & ordering first is better than it was, but the way they call names is ridiculous. I didn’t even get so much as an apology. 30 minutes for 2 bagels? Not worth it. I’ve given this place so many second chances.
