This is a place to go if you just want something quick. It’s not the worse I’ve been to but it could use improvement. Starting with the customer service. Didn’t really make me feel welcome. The place itself is ok for a chinese restaurant I suppose; obviously not fine dining and I wasn’t expecting it to be. I ordered orange chicken… for the price it wasn’t that great. Edible, but I’ve definitely had better.

This is my second time coming here, my first experience it was good, I didn’t know what to put as atmosphere because I was there in the middle of the night with my boyfriend and service was alright, the gentlemen was nice though and let us know how long it’ll take, it seems as if he was working alone tho so maybe that’s why there’s complaints of orders being slow? We weren’t in a hurry lol but I get it for folks who are probably there for lunch and just trying to get to work on time..well first I had mushroom chicken and had fried rice, house chow mein, I remembered trying their egg roll which was really good and Thai tea. Second time having it, I have no complaints on it either, we ordered their salt and pepper wings which were addicting! Didn’t like the fact that it had so much jalapeno I hope we can modify that next time, that being said if there are so many bad reviews here, they’re doing something right to stay open cus their salt and pepper wings were mouthwatering and addicting some msg was definitely on it because my boyfriend who has a low spice tolerance couldn’t even tap out on the wings that’s how good they were one bad thing I would say is, it is pricy but it’s good ‍♀️

I recently had takeout at this Chinese restaurant, and my experience left much to be desired. If you’re expecting a menu with 2-3 entrees that come as a set, this is not the place for you. Everything here is separate – sides, entrees, drinks, you name it. While I appreciate variety, the issue arises when the pricing doesn’t align with the quality offered.

I opted for the Orange Chicken and the House Special Beef, which supposedly boasts Angus Beef. However, I have serious doubts about the authenticity of the Angus Beef claim. In fact, I was so disappointed that I took the step of submitting a complaint to the BBB, suspecting that several advertised aspects of this place might not be accurate.

Regrettably, I have to be honest about my experience – the price point does not justify the quality of the food. In comparison, a visit to Panda Express would likely provide better value for your money.

Despite the convenience of a quick turnaround on a Tuesday night, where my food was prepared within 10 minutes, this was the only positive aspect of my visit. It’s disheartening to share a negative review, but I believe in transparency and providing honest feedback.

In conclusion, if you’re seeking a Chinese restaurant that delivers on both quality and value, you might want to explore other options. My experience, unfortunately, did not live up to the expectations. While it may seem harsh to put them on blast, my intention is to share my genuine encounter and help others make informed choices when choosing where to dine.

Don’t waste your time or money. Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had plus terrible customer service.

Decided to try Big Chopsticks for lunch after receiving a flyer in the mail. So disappointed. Orange chicken is soggy, rice is dry, and the Thai tea that was supposed to have Boba has jelly and a tiny straw that you can’t drink it through. They don’t allow any substitutions for the lunch special, so your only option is hot and sour soup which is only so-so. Definitely will not return.

Their only saving grace was a decent egg roll.

I’ve been craving hot and sour soup, this place did not disappoint. Its also hard to places that don’t use MSG and this place delivers. I wish there were places to sit and eat instead of all take out.

Not a sit down place, just take it. Portions weren’t as big as some places but the foods good and they’re open til 2am I guess.

Food was mediocre for the price. Orange chicken was bland and fried rice was super dry. I found a dead fruit fly in my fried rice, but should’ve known the place wasn’t super hygienic when walking in as the whole kitchen is hidden and the place felt super dirty.

This is the best Chinese food for takeout and delivery in the area. Huge portions! And delivery is pretty quick. We forgot to order rice separately. It’s not included in the dinner.

I have had food before and it was very good. I ordered on DoorDash two items. I ordered Mushu chicken and house fried rice. Both were awful. I normally order Mushu chicken at another place in Huntington Beach but I am now blind and can no longer drive. Eggroll king doesn’t deliver, unfortunately. The pieces of chicken in the moose were the size of 50 Cent pieces. That’s not mushy. And the flavor sucked. I ended up giving all of the chicken to my dogs and they liked it a lot. Spent 50 bucks for nothing but my dogs ate well. Just saying.

this place isn’t even a place as far as I’m concerned. you walk in, order from the huge screen as the lady just stands there behind the window/counter just looking at you. like why can’t you just walk in and up to the counter and place your order with the chick behind the counter…. it makes no sense at all what so ever. definitely not a very friendly environment or people really. they need to smile every once in a while and talk with your customers instead of sitting there staring at them putting their order in.

just my opinion. and the food really isn’t not the greatest. not worth visiting a second time that’s for sure.
