Took the kids to Big Chill today and we were impressed! Super clean, tons of flavors to choose from, and honestly some of the best ice cream we’ve had in a while. The outdoor seating was the perfect spot to enjoy a sweet treat together. Looking forward to going back.

Great hidden gem in Trophy Club. I was in the area and decided I wanted a chocolate shake. I walked in and saw the store was very clean. There are a few tables to sit at both of inside and out. The menu board behind the ice cream counter is very clear and easy to read. The owner and his son were working, were both very pleasant and helpful. I ordered a chocolate shake and was asked if I wanted my shake with chocolate ice cream or vanilla with chocolate syrup. I appreciated this because most places won’t ask and don’t know that vanilla ice cream and syrup makes it a black& white shake. I always go with chicken chocolate ice cream.

Really nice place! Yummy ice cream and great atmosphere. The patio was pleasant with fans and misters even on a hot July day. My teen and his friends enjoyed playing corn hole out on the patio, and the staff was very attentive, making sure we had napkins and wipes (just in case ). We will definitely be back when in the area!

Big Chill in Trophy Club is absolutely fantastic under the new management! The entire experience was top-notch—from the warm, friendly staff to the sparkling clean restaurant. The ice cream is unbelievably good, and the homemade waffle cones are a must-try. You can taste the freshness in every bite. It’s become our new go-to treat spot, and I can’t recommend it enough. If you haven’t been since the change, do yourself a favor and stop in—you’ll be glad you did!
