We’ve been past Big Chicken a few times, on our way to a different restaurant next door, so this was our first time actually trying them. Service was impeccable! The manager gave us suggestions about the menu and was very attentive. My partner ordered the chicken sandwich with mac-n-cheese and onion rings in it, and a side of fries. He said the chicken was cooked well but didn’t have any flavor. He couldn’t even taste the barbeque sauce. The fries were great, cooked fresh, with just a little crunch. I’m vegetarian, so I ordered the elote and coleslaw. Both were good, not spectacular, but good enough. In the end, my partner and I had the same thought, that Big Chicken would be a better fast food/drive through place than a sit down restaurant.

Great experience all around! The food was really good. I ordered the Big Cali with grilled chicken and it was excellent—and honestly not too bad on the macros for a splurge meal . The kids got the dunks and one of them ordered the Shaq Attack . I didn’t hear a single complaint, which says a lot because my kids are brutally honest when they don’t like something .
We actually had Big Chicken on a Carnival cruise previously , so it was really fun to see one close to home.
The service really stood out. We got to chat with the owner and hear a bit of the story behind the restaurant, which made the experience even better . He went above and beyond for the kids—pulled out cornhole for them to play , they had a free arcade machine , and even some fun coloring activities ️ .
They also have a reading program where kids read five books and earn a free kids meal . It immediately reminded me of the old 90s programs where we’d read books to earn free pizza .

my partner and i live across the street and finally decided to try big chicken! i’m so happy we did the owner was so kind and helped us through the menu. the menu is creative and not just like a typical chicken place they also have a full bar. very impressed with this place

The manager here is awesome. I have a dairy allergy and usually it’s very difficult for me to figure out if theres anything safe for me to eat at restaurants but the manager here was so patient and helpful and went through the whole menu with me to find something I could have. The food was very tasty and the fries and extra good. Definitely gonna come back, I hear they’re good with gluten allergies too.

I was finally able to come check out this restaurant after my brother raved about the food and the amazing employees and owner.
It did not disappoint!! The chicken was so juicy and crispy on the outside. The sauce options were really good too! I chose Nashville hot for my chicken and it was a good balance of spice and flavor. You can make it spicier too for those who like hot chicken. I’m definitely going back and ordering all the sides!! The fries were perfect and crispy while soft inside. The employees are so friendly and informative. Definitely come try this place!! Perfect!

I am pleasantly surprised by Big Chicken! Was craving lunch and this place was under a mile from my rental. YUM! I got the Crispy Chicken Sandwich with a side of fries. I would say the chicken sandwich was a 7/10, it was super crispy but needed a bit more sauce. The fries were excellently crisp, like an upscale Culver’s fry. While I still have had better Chicken Sandwiches, I am happy with the meal I had here.

Stopped in at Big Chicken across from my Creamistry location and grabbed the three-tender plate—massive portions and a great price. Robbie (the owner) took my order and his exuberant personality plus pristine customer service made the experience stand out. Crispy, juicy, perfectly seasoned tenders and fast, friendly service. I dare say it’s better than Raising Cane’s. I’ll be back!

Interesting, but not too bad. Was kinda nervous when we walked in around 6pm on a Wednesday and NO ONE was in the restaurant. We ordered from a variety of chicken sandwiches (there is only chicken) and one chicken salad, pils some “dirty” fries and sweet potatoes waffle fries. Easy menu to order from, and the folks taking our order was nice and made some suggestions and food came out fast. It was ALL delicious! The chicken on the sandwiches was large, moist and flavorful. The sweet potato waffle fries were probably some of the best I’ve ever had. My spicy Kenny the jet chicken sandwich with jalapeno slaw and fried pickles was really good, it did have a bite, but not too bad. We had someone come out from the kitchen and asked how we liked the food. Interestingly though, we were there for about an hour enjoying our meal and no one else ever came in, but all the other restaurants seemed pretty busy. I’d go back though, but you have to like, and want, a chicken sandwich because that’s pretty much all they have.

The best thing were the wings. They were the saving grace, truly. We were very excited to try this place because how can you not love Shaq and his brands? While we did go closer to opening, it was completely dead in here, we were the only patrons. With that being said, our food took closer to 30 minutes to be completed. The Mac and cheese was so sad looking and tasting. My sandwich was good but the slaw was pretty wet so it made the bun very soggy. I wish I’d gotten a drink so it would’ve made the place more lively.
