I would give 0 star if I could , the past 3 times I’ve come up here I’ve had issues . We won’t be coming back. Two times I’ve come no one came to the window and they were open I knocked on the window tried coming in but the door was locked welcome sign in the front lights on said they were open and couldn’t order. When I was finally able to get an order in today I had to bang on the window I waited 15 minutes when I finally spent almost 25 on two meals the meat was soggy and so where the fry’s the food was disgustingly disappointing we couldn’t even finish it .

Just received the most disgusting burger and onion rings that I have ever had. No seasoning and no flavored, burnt onion rings. Asked for all the toppings but received none! Soaked in mayo with soggy buns and just a greasy patty and soggy greasy lettuce. I picked it apart, dried everything with napkins, got my own pickles from my fridge and it was still inedible. Waste of money and time. No seasoning and all the grease.

AFTER WAITING FOR 37 MIN WITH NO ONE AHEAD OF ME, I GOT MY FOOD.. I ORDERED SATURDAY SPECIAL.. 6PC DRY CHICKEN THAT WAS COOKED VERY OBVIOUSLY HOURS AGO, WITH 2 CHICKEN “FILLET SANDWICHES” THAT WERE NOTHING MORE THAN 2 CHICKEN TENDERS.. IT CAME WITH WHAT AMOUNTED TO MASHED POTATO SOUP (I ORDERED MASHED POTATOS) TASTED LIKE OVER WATERED (TO STRETCH) INSTANT MASH, OVER SALTED PACKET BROWN GRAVY, KRAFT MAC AND CHEESE WITH A SMALL AMOUNT OF REAL CHEESE ADDED, WITH 4 STORE BOUGHT ROLLS.
MY ADVICE IS DONT EVEN BOTHER GOING TO THIS PLACE AND JUST GO TO THE COOK TO ORDER CHINESE FOOD PLACE NEXT DOOR THAT ALWAYS GETS FOOD CORRECT FOR A SIMILAR PRICE.. I just paid $15 for a bacon cheeseburger combo. The hamburger patty was literally the size of a half dollar. I paid extra for the bacon and it was only one strip broke into two halves. The fries were very greasy and old. Highly disappointed for the amount I paid

Got the catfish filet dinners. Got my money’s worth on the food, but the fish was so salty, it was nearly uneatable. Had to throw half away. The price of the food has went up so much, you shouldn’t have to trash it. Please just rethink the batter or whatever, less salt.

Hit or miss on this place. I hear they change owners about twice a year. But this is the worse I have ever seen. How do you not see these rings are burned, and you still send them out, worse is the person’s packing them should have sent them back

While passing through town, I always wanted to stop here and finally got the chance to. Me and my cousin had just finished a job and were headed home. We have a Big Chic in our town and wanted to see this one. This one has a larger menu and seemed to specialize in hot wings instead of individual pieces of chicken. I liked the atmosphere and wanted to dine in. The place was empty. We got to the counter, and the lady behind the register looked like she was bothered that customers came in, not too friendly or polite. We looked over the menu and ordered and paid. She gave the order to the cook who said she would have to cook it to order, which we didn’t mind. Finally, I jokingly asked the cashier if she could smile, which she didn’t. We went to sit down, and she went back to her phone and taking drive through orders. While waiting, we saw numerous signs saying, “We’re glad you’re here.” Which was funny because the cashier didn’t seem to feel that way. We got our orders about 10-13 min later. Our food was great, hot and fresh. We finished our food and thanked the cashier for having us. My only advice to this establishment would be to have more friendly staff to be the first person you see coming in and to live up to their sign of being glad we came.
