The chicken is first rate and well beyond anything you’ll get at most of the big chains. We had chicken sandwiches that had more than enough chicken on them. I’d much rather eat here than Chick fil A or Zaxby’s.

3rd rimes the charm
Ok so, I’m recently found out about these big chic restaurants. It’s like I’m on a mission to search when I go to different cities.
To my surprise there is one here in Griffin GA.
Atmosphere good not crowded. But, not empty in the dining area which was clean.
Staff somewhat ok, maybe even professional but not nasty or rude. Definitely helpful, but need some tweeking.
Food was good. I love my gizzards to be fried a certain way and it works. Them onion rings are good too.
My rating thus far if I had to choose is
#1 Big Chic Stockbridge
#2 Big Chic McDonough (does not have a dine in area) – hood but the food is amazing
#3 Big Chic – Griffin

I decided to go here for lunch at around 2:00 in the afternoon. The employees were somewhat professional has been greeted me and the food looked good from the counter. Chicken is very crisp but it could use more seasoning. The fries are really great and the restaurant itself wasn’t too clean. The meals are reasonable price and you get enough food even for a small portion.

The service is terrible the lady taking my order wouldn’t get off her FaceTime call. Not even when she prepared my plate. If she isn’t going to put her phone down to do her job then she isn’t going to when she goes to the bathroom. The oil was old and the chicken tasted rancid.good sweet tea tho
I’ve eaten at big chicks all over the state this is by far consistently the worst one. Big chick corporate need to look into this location. For anyone looking for lunch there are four chicken chains and a gas station within a mile that are a better choice.

I Doordashed some chicken from this place. For the price, I got a MOUNTAIN of fries, a jumbo coke, and 3 rolls. The 6 piece chicken was fresh, crispy and delicious!! Will buy from here again.
