Always a great staff. But the sauces are no longer homemade and I feel like the price is a bit high. If you pay with card there is an additional 4% charge added.
YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR SALT?!? I asked for salt on my fries because they don’t salt them and they said it was an extra charge. Never ever heard of this anywhere.
This was my last time coming here. I can’t support nickel and dining your customers like this.

Going downhill fast. Out of literally everything every time we show up even if it’s around 12-1PM. Ordered our food, was told they didn’t have wings and they wouldn’t drop any. Had 0 problem with that, just ordered different chicken. The couple after us asked for wings and they immediately dropped a new batch for them. Unless you come the moment they open you never get the chicken you want. Very disrespectful. Also another customer came in after us wondering why she couldn’t get through on the phone – she had been calling for hours. When she asked why the workers ignored her.

Okay, so my vehicle was on fumes and I stopped to get gas. And right there in front of the pump was Big Chic. Just a hole in the wall chicken place, right? But we were hungry so in I went to fetch dinner for the crew.
Little did I know that it’s more than chicken. They have burgers and other things, too! And my burger was delicious. The chicken was great. Generous orders of fries.
Friendly and courteous service and reasonably priced. For a small town chicken place, Big Chic is notably excellent. If you happen to be in Greenville, make a point to visit Big Chic and scan the menu. I think you’ll be very pleased.

I ordered 4 salads and was greatly disappointed, what I received was diced chicken sitting on a bed of lettuce with 2 pieces of tomato with grated cheese.
Big chic should not advertise salads if they can not make even a basic one, had to go out again to get lunch. Waste of 26 bucks.

I love side breast and I have to request for the french fries to be fresh cuz other than that they are not fresh and I also like the buffalo wings but they got to be cooked to order they can’t just be back there under a hot lamp and the prices are a little bit steep

Always a fan of Big Chic! They have remodeled the old Hardee’s building and it is very nice. It always good to find a Big Chic that you can sit down and eat at.

Maybe it’s just me but it seems like this place is going downhill when the manager is not there the food is never as Good it’s never as tasty I ordered two small dogs and they forgot the slaw they did not have enough hot dog buns so I used they used a piece of loaf bread which is fine but the chicken tasted like it was fried twice and it made both of us sick diarrhea I have seriously stopped going there so much and we’ll make the extra drive to go out somewhere else
