Man we have a big cheese we’re we live and it’s OK for the price. These guys in here were super courtois, and their pizza is wayyyy better. I’d say better than an Italian place. The ingredients tasted different in a good way. All of my kids told me that it was the best pizza they had. They also made us some BBQ chicken cheese sticks and they were amazing.

I love Big Cheese! They’re pizzas are made fresh and diligently! The staff are friendly and polite and the prices are reasonable! Several great combos or deals. It is a carry out only establishment located in a shopping center, so parking is not an issue.

This is the best pizza around. Everytime I come here everyone’s nice like Chick-fil-A nice. Food always good and they always have something new from fish in a fish to a word of the day to new items on the menu. Best pizza in town the atmosphere says it all. Love this place.

The food is good but the staff, in particular that young lady who works there is not ever nice. She finds any small thing to make a big deal of. I once asked for a fork after ordering wings and she responded with an attitude and said “a fork for wings?”. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it. Another time I moved the cheese shaker because someone was standing near the table I usually use to use it and she was sure to tell me not to move it and when I pointed out that someone was blocking the table she was dismissive and didn’t apologize. There is NEVER a thank you. NEVER a have a good day. It feels like they treat people like they aren’t human. After coming here for two years I won’t be returning.

Rating 2/10 – This was my first time trying your establishment. I door dash in Raleigh and picked up an order from you guys . It smelled good, I decided to order the 8pc wings mild buffalo flavor . I’m pregnant and haven’t ate absolutely anything all day ( I say that to describe how hungry I was ) & I was VERY disappointed in the flavor of the chicken. There’s no seasoning or flavor Under the sauce , just unseasoned baked chicken tossed in sauce. I didn’t like that they looked burnt & I asked for ranch but you have to purchase it ( which they charge $1.90 for a 2oz) the only thing I liked about them was the size of the wings . They were pretty big but unfortunately I didn’t like the taste of them at all. I didn’t even finish eating them

Edit: Big cheese noticed when I ordered again and apologized and gave me a cookie! Most likely was a delivery issue from door dash all good here.
I’ve been here a bunch of times and decided to try something different. The deep dish came with an inch and a half thick bread and the cheese got stuck to the pizza box. Wish I got the regular pizza instead paid $29 for this is crazy.
