This place used to be really good idk what happened to it. My girlfriend went to get a pizza and some wings and the pizza had zero flavor, the wings tasted like they were pre fried and put in the cooler until someone ordered them. I’m surprised I didn’t get food poisoning.

Tried them for the first time tonight. They were opened when all else was closed. The stuffed shells, burgers, antipasto salsas and fried dough were delicious! The crew were super nice and friendly. Highly recommend!

I don’t use delivery I pick it up while working at theater down the street. They are fast . The grinders are excellent . The pizza is not bad , pretty good if it’s your style. I prefer thing crust New Haven style. If you’re in the area the pizza is worth it but not spectacular . I have problem with customer service in the store. It looks like a lot of the complaints are about delivery Doordash and Grubhub around here are useless. . They work in some parts of the country but not here. One my favorite Asian restaurants stopped using them because they screwed up so often

I’m in town for a wedding and the hotel had their menu available. I ordered before I read the reviews which I almost regretted once I saw the low rating. But truthfully the food came in a decent time. The delivery guy was super nice. The wings I got were still hot when they came. They only thing is the sauce was on the side, which I actually enjoyed once I poured some in the container and gave it a shake. The mild Buffalo sauce was amazing. My meatball sub was OK, not the best I’ve had but still great for the price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to someone visiting the area. Definitely get the wings though, they were amazing and they let me order all flats which I love

BEST Meatball Grinder!!! I called and asked if they could deliver outside of their normal delivery zone and they happily accommodated my request! They were friendly, the delivery was fast (considering it was a bit further than normal) the food was Hot, Fresh and Delicious!!! The pizza was excellent but honestly, I cannot say enough about that Meatball Grinder!! It was PERFECT!! Thank you Guys, I Greatly appreciate you!! Definitely Earned Five Stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hours are inaccurate, says they are open until 11 but half the time I will show up around 7-8 and the whole place is closed, seems like they open and close at random times. Staff is EXTREMELY rude. Ordered cheese slices for me and pepperoni for my fiance, asked them to be placed separately because I have an allergy to pepperoni, they placed my slices directly on top of his pepperoni slices and when he asked for different ones because he was worried the pepperoni grease would give me stomach issues and he had asked them beforehand not to put them in the same container, they literally SCREAMED at him and started a whole scene in the restaurant before ripping the cheese slices out of the container (touching his slices with their bare hands) and told us to wait 20 minutes for new cheese slices. (They would not replace the pepperoni ones the lady touched bare handed even though she had just handled cash a few seconds before). The last time we went there at 6pm, they were closed. The time before that we ordered a large pizza, mozz sticks and garlic bread. The mozz sticks were stale and cold even though we ordered in person and waited 25 minutes for the order to be done. Just incredibly rude all around. Only reason we bother coming back is for a quick slice (for price not for quality), beyond that go literally anywhere else in New Britain

This place by far is the worst pizza place ever. I placed an order and specifically asked for a meat lovers with no sausage and ham, pizza cut in squares. I received my pizza with with triangles and triangles and ham. I called and I was argued about the sausage not being on the pizza. I went to the location to return it and had such disgusting customer service. Such disgusting customer service for and nasty restaurant. Definitely don’t recommend this place. Your better of grabbing a frozen pizza to save yourself the headache.

I order from them often. They have great prices. I usually get the pizza wing and cheesy bread soda combo.. the pizza is nice thin crust. the cheesy bread is so good the sauce for the bread I love! The wings are pretty good too. My kids love this place
