First time customer at big cheese pizza in Caribou. I ordered delivery for a small round pizza supreme with some topping changes. My order came earlier than the time quoted, was accurate, hot and absolutely delicious! I will definitely order again from this place!

The worst customer service we have ever experienced!! Ordered wings that were very undercooked and in edible even though we asked them to make sure they were triple baked. When we called to let them know the girl that answered was very rude and immature about our complaint. Constantly sighing and not listening to what we were trying to tell her. Will not be eating here again! Embarrassing!!!

Ordered the extra lage meat pizza. The pizza was good but lacking in toppings and cheese. Crust was almost perfect. I say almost because the center was slightly under cooked. For the price, add more toppings & cheese!

Absolutely love this little pizza joint. It’s my go to for private dates. It’s mostly a take out place so there is usually no one there. And with the big windows in the front, you got all the entertainment and you can keep an eye on the dog in the car. Oh, and their pizza is amazing. Try the royal Hawaiian if you like pineapple on pizza!!

My husband had Chicken Parm Sub. Cheese wasn’t even melted.
It was horrible. I had an Italian Sub and couldn’t eat it because the dressing was rancid! Had a chicken fries with gravy. They weren’t even close to being cooked. The entire meal was disgusting! Complete waste of $30. All done with this place !

I ordered takeout from here today. I ordered online and went there immediately. It took about 15 minutes for the pizza to be ready, and it was great. The guy at the counter was friendly, the place was clean, and the pizza was delicious.
