I thought maybe because the previous owner of the now shuttered Nineteen-B owner/operates this place it would be spectacular. But it leaves a lot to the imagination. Big Burger occupies an old biker bar, and the only changes I could see were the sign out front and the paint job. The special atmosphere that made Nineteen-B comfortable, inviting, cozy and vibrant are non existent. Before I opened to the public I might have removed the confederate flag stickers, certain political symbols, non family friendly things about the place. Opening a place that just sells burgers is a statement! Lots of places sell burgers. Does Big Burger have amazing burgers? A burger you couldn’t get anywhere else? NO! The food was mediocre at best. If they want to survive they need to stand out from the competition and right now, it’s just not cutting the mustard.

The Cowboy burger was very well done. I’d give it 5 stars and would get it any day of the week. The fries were also good nothing unique. I enjoyed the quaint building. It was a little odd and felt like a totally different vibe than most places. The server was friendly and helpful as well. I was full enough I didn’t try a shake this time. I would recommend.

Food was amazing! Burger cooked well, Cajun fries were crispy. Food was made quick too! We talked to the woman who checked us out and she was so nice!

1st time trying. Very clean and comfortable envy. I seen they had a daily special, got the Cowboy burger and Cajun fries, comes with a drink for 10 bucks…it’s a win

The food is quite good, and prepared to order every time. The location is small, but I just think that’s cozy. The service is good. I can’t afford to eat at their prices very often, but I would if I could.

Service was fast and friendly. Ariana (hope I spelled that right!) Was our server and she made us feel right at home! Super accommodating and hospitable.
The burgers were on point and the sweet potato fries are good enough to be considered a dessert! We’ll definitely be back.

Burger was great in flavor, patty seem to be a bit smaller than my first experience there. The young lady behind the cash register was super friendly. Tried her level best to cheer me up. I wasn’t really have bad day though but I played along. Chair I sat in while food was being prepared felt like it was about to fall apart but at least it all matched.

Decent food but very overpriced. I asked for no mayonnaise and got mayonnaise all over my burger. I took it home so I didn’t know until I got home. Kind of a deal breaker for me. After I scrape the mayonnaise off, the burger was very good. Big patty. Still, for this $$$ I’d like no mayonnaise when I ask for it.
Also, the prices on the beer and drinks are pretty high. Also, they could clean the place up a bit. If it’s high end they’re going for, the mark has been missed. Not a George Burger by any means.

Me and a couple friends went here. Probably won’t be back. The food was OKAY, nothing to brag about and DEFINITELY NOT a “big Burger”. “beer battered” fries are just plain fries and not much to write home about. The atmosphere is a Bar and not a restaurant. You go to the register and order your food, waiting to be waited on, you’d starve. And lastly, although I’m all for black businesses, the least they could do is play a variety of music on the TV. The ONLY music playing was hip/hop and rap. Would have been nice to hear other types of music also.
