Amelia is who made this restaurant experience 5-stars. She 180-degrees changed my perspective on everything about this place as I had gone in many months before and walked-out before ordering because the guy at the counter seemed bothered that I was there so that was the first and last time I had gone there until yesterday.
For some reason, I decided to try it, again. Amelia, greeted me as I walked through the entrance and walked me through their drink selection and menu and patiently answered all my questions. The meal was awesome but the whole experience was even better because of her. She should be a manager if she isn’t, already.

The burger was absolutely fire! Medium rare. Juicy! Little bit of juices coming out of it when you cut it, but to be expected.
The peppercorn mayonnaise is world, Class, and the Parmesan truffle fries, or what you deeply desire truffle fries to be, and always fall short of. Would highly recommend the combo burger, with truffle fries!
And apparently they have an amazing happy hour from 3 to 6 PM 10/10 great establishment!

I’m always directed by stars. This place has 4+ when I was in the area. Classic “fast food” type setup. Fairly cool dining area with an occasional fry on the floor. It’s all good when you’re not looking for any ambience. Had the Peppercorn Steakhouse and Horseradish Bourbon burgers. Top notch beef all the way cooked just the way we asked!. The truffle fries were absolutely delicious. Was it worth $56 for two meals with a beer thoooo? Jury’s out. I feel like I could’ve gotten a shake or sumn included with the price. Noooooo complaints at all about the burgers tho. They were delicious!

Such amazing food and service! Kevin, the man at the register, was so accommodating and helpful! He recommended the delicious Peppercorn Steakhouse burger which definitely did not disappoint! We also had the pleasure of meeting Joe, the manager, that day and he was humble enough to bring out our order! Last but not least, the aesthetic of the store was very pleasing to the eye, giving off a total 50’s retro vibe! 10/10!

Big Buns serves up some of the tastiest burgers in town, hands down. The quality of their burgers is exceptional, especially considering the price range. Ordered 2 medium burgers to pickup. It was “red liquid” in the package… those burgers were not medium by far… and having liquid in the containers? It’s a no no, the bun got soaked . $46 for two burgers and fries…the quality is not there…

Generally this place is decent. However, I was disappointed with my visit here today.
My biggest issue was with one of the workers. I got and paid for a fountain drink, so I managed to grab a cup from the pile since they were in plain sight. Then when the person serves my burger, he proceeds to tell me that it’s a water cup and I needed to dump my entire soda out. I then ask him to grab me a “proper” soda cup and he then investigates all the receipts to see if I paid for a fountain drink or not, which was quite annoying and time consuming. Clearly the guy forgot to give me a fountain drink cup. It’s literally a cup, so I don’t see why this needs to be a big deal.
The burgers here are mediocre in my opinion. However, I have always liked their unicorn milkshakes and are some of the most creative milkshakes I’ve seen (I unfortunately did not manage to get one of those today).
This place would have been an 8/10 for me, but because of the situation with that specific employee today, I did not think it was worth upgrading the review score. Again, there’s absolutely no need to make it a big deal about the cups.
