I had such a fantastic time at Big Buns, and it quickly became one of my favorite dining experiences. The burgers were absolutely delicious—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. What really stood out, though, was the amazing service I received from Vivian and Angel; they were so friendly, helpful, and made me feel truly welcomed. Their support and attention to detail made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Between the incredible food and the wonderful employees, my visit to Big Buns was nothing short of excellent.

This used to be my hands down go-to burger joint because they have deliciously good burgers. The reason why I go elsewhere these days is because the amount of fries they give you per order is ridiculously small. The fries are not cheap either, $4-$6ish per order depending on which kind you get. I rarely walk away from any burger joint (Shake Shack, McDonalds, etc) wanting more fries but I ALWAYS have this feeling when I go to Big Buns. 5 Guys down the street will give you more than twice the amount of fries for around the same price. Please increase your fries portion size so I can come back!

Yesterday was Everything! Great atmosphere lovely staff!! Milkshakes were Burger’s were lovely the mushrooms and crispy onions delicious and the fries were small portions but Delicious. Daughter got chicken tenders she loved them and the dip was fabulous!! Peppercorn mayo was soo yummy. We will be back.

Came for the rad name stayed for the food. First and foremost it’s difficult to find parking, like you have to park in the paid parking garage so I probably wouldn’t pay to park here specifically to eat. I was very surprised how expensive it was, I ordered a burger, fries, and a milkshake and it cost me $30. The milkshake was pretty generic and had a funny after taste. However, it lives up to its name because it was a damn good burger.

Got the Nashville sandwich, Cajun nuggets, and Cajun fries. The sandwich was a little messy but it was delicious. The chicken filet in the sandwich was huge and it was spicy and crispy. The nuggets and fries were both crispy and tastes really good with the Cajun seasoning. Overall, all the food was fresh and tasty. Very good quality for the price.

So we ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, the fried chicken, and the chocolate unicorn shake. The ambience is fantastic – great location, right next to a salad place, founding farmers, and sbux. Loved location, food is generic but the shakes are a straight 10/10!!

The restaurant is above the parking garage. There is validation at the restaurant if you park in the garage. The burgers were so delicious, cooked to perfection with wonderful flavor combinations. We ordered The Collaboration and The Anniversary burgers with one side of fries. We also ordered a kids meal which had a small cheeseburger, fries, and a fountain drink.
The major disappointment was the tap selections, when we asked the cashier what style of beers they have on tap the person replied with the brand name. Not helpful. We tried to look online with the provided QR Code but the listing only had the item with no selection of beer options.
How can you proclaim you feature craft beer selections and the customer cannot find out which styles are on tap. I’d prefer not to play craft beer roulette.
