This place is a great burger place for me and I like to go at least once every week. Their prices might say a lot, but you get what you pay for. Would 100% recommend for work purposes or just ordinary dining out. Classic american burgers, great place.

This burger paradise is located on a quiet corner of a shopping center. I came in 2 days ago and was blown away by the Peppercorn burger and fries. The taste was so incredible that I came back today for a second round. The Peppercorn Burger was even better than the first time. Cooked to perfection and perfectly paired with the Parmesan Truffle fries and the strawberry watermelon juice.
The atmosphere inside is very clean and chill vibe. You can instantly tell that the owner and workers take pride in the appearance. Great price point as well.
As a construction worker, I was impressed with the extremely cool lights in a neatly exposed and painted orange conduit system above the full bar in the middle of the dining room.
I would give 6 stars across the board if possible. This place is a true hidden gem. A definite”must try”

Good food… when you can actually get what you want. Use to order from here all the time, but service for takeout and delivery has become horrible. Last few orders from both here and the Reston Metro location have had something wrong, for example, not putting bacon or onion straws on a burger, both premium ingredients I paid extra for. This has happened multiple times.
Last straw today trying to give them another chance, I tried to order, but my order was cancelled by them with no reason given.
Will not be coming back.

2 stars. Uncomfortable seating, the stools were so uncomfortable. I came here before booths extremely aching. The fries were Sorry as hell. And that was not an understatement. Burger was so greasy every single ingredient slipped out including the avocado. But it did not taste terrible. Milkshake was alright but overall super overpriced.

Our group had a pretty mediocre experience here unfortunately. We got a few items to go – two burgers and one bowl with burger, one bowl with chicken, two shakes, and fries. We all ordered medium cook on all the burgers but only one had any pink. The other two were dry and overcooked, which is a pretty unfortunate ratio for a burger joint. The person who got the chicken didn’t like it either – said it was chewy/not a great cut. The shakes were good, but the fries were just alright and felt overpriced.
We may go once more to try again since it’s a convenient location. Wanted to love this place but not impressed so far, especially for the price. We spent something like $86 (just about $100 with tip) and the experience we got definitely wasn’t at value.
I will say the decor and feel of the space is nice, and it has a good location on the end of the shopping center so the patio area has good space.
Parking is also very easy right out front, shared in the shopping center.

The food here was excellent, the decor was fabulous with the bar in the center.
Sadly, the young man at the counter was not able to understand our order. This happened twice because he was not trained well on the Point of Sale and seemed unable to read the ticket from the system on the second order. We tried to explain and showed him on the printed order sheet when we brought the order. This led him to leaving one drink/shake we did not order and stomping off while wading up the order sheet. Finally one of the individuals in the party had to find someone else to speak with in order to make our order right. Not great for my first visit. The burgers were wonderful though.

Great Burgers and the chicken on the southwest salad bowl worth the try. Juicy burgers and fresh ingredients. However the price tag for frozen fries and a soda is not justified. Expect to pay pretty much $20 for a burger (over $12.50) and a whooping $7+ for little amount of fries and a fountain drink. 5 star for good burgers, overall 4 stars as the side options are way too expensive.

So excited about this place opening so close to us. Their burgers are cooked perfectly and they’re very tasty. I like that they have gluten free options. Lots of different combinations to be tried. The service is fantastic. They have lots of alcohol options including liquor with milkshakes which was delicious. My only thing is that they’re a little pricey. Other than that, they’re wonderful.

With all the deluxe burger choices, how do you stand out? The best way is by delivering at a high level. I’d wanted to try them since they opened in Franklin Farm. I passed the Herndon location recently and stopped to pick up dinner.
Glad I did. I got a burger with mushrooms and Swiss. When asked how I wanted it cooked, I said medium rare. Also got their regular fries. I got home to a perfectly cooked burger and crispy fries. I’ll be back.
