Good pizza and breadsticks. The Big Hog is a favorite loaded with all kinds of meat. The basic cheese pizza is also good. Breadsticks are thick (compared to Pizza King’s).
They charge more to use a credit or debit card. We saved around $2 using cash. (Our bill was a little over $45 with cash otherwise it would have been over $47. )

Overpriced frozen pizza. Once my order was taken I was forced to tip. I wasn’t planning on not tipping. But when I’m forced to choose 10% 15% 20% 25% … No option to no tip or cheaper tip. I ordered 1 pie. 36 dollar. Save your time and get a home pizza kit. Way cheaper and fun for family’s also. Thought someone threw mushrooms away by the MK3 machine. Nope. On December 18, 2025 I placed an order on line. My order was simple. 1- beef sandwich with waffle frys, and one baked spagetti. The waffle frys were missing, the sandwich was desecated in the salamander, along with the pasta. I tried to call and find out what the problem was, and why I was charged for an item without receiving it. I couldn’t get one of the workers to pick up the phone. I gave up after 7 tries. I managed businesses for 30 years, with experience in private, publicy traded businesses. I also have 30 years as a financial officer for a non profit. With this background I believe that this is among the worst managed businesses i have ever seen. I won’t be back.

Just ordered a DELIVERY pizza and salad and was told 20 ton25 minutes. I paid with my card over the phone including tip. An hour later I call asking about my order and she said she has it as pickup, said it should still be fresh and will send driver when he gets back and then tells me she is charging me delivery fee! What a ridiculous series of comments and treatment. Why would I pay over the phone if I was coming to the store anyways? And then charge me MORE after the fact?! Make that make sense! I hope Chicago’s Pizza ya all out of business. I sure won’t be using your services anymore after this. What a joke.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and I came back to pay for it and it was a completely different pizza than what I ordered so instead of correcting THEIR mistake they charged me full price for a pizza I didn’t even order and wouldn’t remake the correct one until I paid for them both. Horrible way to conduct business. The old lady running the counter was very rude, hateful and nasty. It was just an awful experience. Pizza 3.14 is a thousand times better and much better customer service

Our pizza was so delicious and cooked to perfection. The breadsticks were fully baked and huge! Their in house made brownies are so moist and very tasty not to mention the size is very generous. Their prices i felt were very reasonable considering the quality of food we received. The staff were all very welcoming, kind and eager to help. The seating area was very clean and spacious. We definitely will be back!

Before I give my review, I have a question for you, the person reading this. When you read ‘Cheese and Bacon Waffle Fries’ and the description goes as follows ‘Generous Portion of Baked Waffle Fries Topped with Cheddar Cheese & Real Bacon.’ What do you think of first? Imagine it for me for a few seconds… Okay, now let me clue you in on the disappoint that is ‘Cheese and Bacon Waffle Fries.’ Me and my girlfriend dined in, the hostess was very kind and quickly got our order. The appetizer we ordered was obviously the ‘Cheese and Bacon Waffle Fries.’ What we were met with was 4 fries practically baked together with a 1/4 cup of cheese, then very few bits of bacon were on top and the rest was, maybe, a handful of undercooked, soggy waffle fries.
What you imagined at first is probably similar to what I too imagined.
I kindly asked the waitress if the appetizer was made correctly, I wasn’t angry or confrontational, just a concerned and confused customer. The hostess went and told her manager (I’m assuming nicely, because she wasn’t hostile whatsoever, even after the fact of giving my cordial complaint.)
The manager then marches, rather aggressively, out from the kitchen, sets the plate on our table, and I will say she gave no friendly greeting, and had a stern and agitated tone, she then states. ‘This is how it is made. It gets 1/4 of a cup of cheese.’ I then asked ‘Aren’t these supposed to be loaded fries?’ The manager quickly corrected me and said ‘It doesn’t say ‘Loaded Fries’ it says ‘Cheese and Bacon Waffle Fries.’ ‘
I then explained that reading the name of the menu item was misleading and I had assumed we would get fully cooked waffle fries with cheese stringing off of the fries when you pull them apart. She then explained that this was how it was made, again…
The rest of our meal was fine, the chicken bacon ranch pizza was supposed to have tomatoes but I had already been so rudely shot down once, so I wanted to spare my last bit of pride.
To finish this review off, all in all, good food. The managers are rude, I’ve had many problems with multiple managers there.
The employees are kind and understanding, and it’s a nice place to eat, but just don’t get their cheese and bacon waffle fries, or cross on the wrong side of their hateful management team.

Second time I’ve ordered a pizza and they made the wrong pizza and when I got there they had made the same mistake again Horrible customer service. Mother and daughter were working there and said they were the managers. They talked to me like a piece of garbage. I go there 2 or 3 times a week and get food I live local and will gladly drive somewhere else to get better pizza. Pizza 3.14 is much better and friendlier !

Visiting from out of town and needed a late dinner option (9:35p on a Saturday) and they were open and happy to create our pizza. Definitely a tasty pie! If this place was in my state, I’d order regularly!
