Will never order from here again. First they estimated my order to be delivered about 30 min after I placed. It was 20 minutes late. I opened my order and it was incorrect. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and add half banana peppers. It came as just cheese. I called to get this corrected and they were extremely rude and unprofessional. They said they would send the correct Pizza but I had to return the incorrect one. 45 min later the correct pizza finally arrives. The toppings (very scarce, which is absurd granted we paid extra for them) are falling off it completely. Worst experience ever.

I ordered food from there when they first opened and they messed up my order so never again. And the Newport loosies are KNOCKOFFS they are NOT THE REAL DEAL!!! When they first opened up yes they were the real deal but then they do and do to all of MY PEOPLE like all the other foreign owned businesses in our communities that do the Newport loosies they switched up and substituted them with KNOCKOFFS . They are extremely unprofessional, and very dirty. They do not use gloves. I waited almost 2 hours for pizza, while living 5 min away. The driver apparently got lost, then lied to management and said it was accident. They lied and said they would give me a refund. They use to be good. However, the kitchen is dirty, they don’t wear gloves or wash they hands. I’m highly disappointed.

Tipped by accident and I regret it so much. I waited well over an hour, Pizza arrived luke warm & looked like playdoh. Driver had an attitude because he had to bring the food to my door. Smh I’ll stick to pizza bolis next time.

Will not order from them again told me that the little pieces of beef that on that pizza in the picture was sauage…I ordered a sauage and pepperoni pizza. Then I told I would like my money back…she laughed talking about that the kind of sauage we use in my country…I told her I’m going to pray for you.
