Ordered a 12″ cheese steak. However 4″ of the cheese steak did not have any meat on it. It was basically was an 8″ cheese steak on a 12″ roll. Had I known I would have just ordered an 8″ and saved $5. Sad looking sub. Normally I don’t leave negative reviews but I was really hungry and this was highly disappointing. I do not recommend ordering a Big Boyz cheese steak any time soon. Lesson learned.

This company advertises by sending people door to door to leave flyers all over the place. It’s disrespectful and I’m tired of coming home to multiple pieces of junk mail left on my porch. Either create a mailing list for people who actually want this garbage or find a new way to advertise that doesn’t involve trespassing onto people’s property. Ordered pizza from here mid size with chicken , pineaple and feta , delivery time was usual – around 30 min, but when it arrives I open box and pizza looked like a mess, I feel like presentation is the big part when you order pizza. Plus boxed has some dirt on the side, like someone stepped on it or something. I was thinking that it would taste half way descent, but I was wrong there too. Over all waste of money, if I would ve know, I would ve order from good old psoa John’s or elsewhere . would not recommend their pizza to anyone.

I got the chicken tender platter that came with two sides. I picked the fries and potato salad and let me tell you the food was fresh so delicious and so good. The chicken tenders were crispy and had good flavor, the fries were nice hot and crunchy but good texture in the middle. And the potato salad was so good it reminded me of my childhood when I had it. Will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try this to try there food. This was my first time ordering from here and they didn’t disappoint. So if your looking for a new place to try with familiar food you probably have already tried that won’t disappoint this is the place.

Sent burned fried shrimp , this place sucks .. why would you send this to a customer, my question would you eat it ? Or feed it to your kids ? I’ve ordered online several times through their own website. Delivery is usually good—around 45 minutes.
I pay online but I never save the credit card information for future use.
There was one time 2 months ago when the amount I paid was increased without my approval. I contacted them on that right away. The reason given was that the online information was wrong at the time I ordered.
I told them that they were responsible for making sure that the online information was accurate and that they were required to contact the customer if the amount approved needed to be changed.
A month ago I ordered online again. This time I got a phone call letting me know that the ones I ordered came with an additional charge. I was told that they communicated the changes with whoever was in charge of their website and to make sure the necessary updates were implemented. I decided to keep my original order and accepted the increased charged.
Yesterday I ordered online again and noticed that no updates were made on the ones I knew came with additional charges. I stayed away from those items and ordered the Gyro Platter and a side of onion rings.
The gyro was a little on the salty side for me. The potato salad was different from what I usually eat. Not quite sure yet if I like it or not.
