Had never been to a big boy, but it did not disappoint. Overall, food was good and I’ve definitely had worse. Price point is on par with fast food joints but with better food and bigger portions. I would suggest lessening the price of upgrades if they can. It was a clean facility with plenty of tables and booths. Keep up the good work. As a parent, no place can beat kids eat free on Tuesday 4pm to close.

The breakfast buffet was well stocked with a great selection. Staff was efficient and pleasant. Our waitress was especially delightful. Will be back. We’re from Lansing but they don’t have a buffet. This is easily the best in the Lansing area.

Food was outstanding. Best fish sandwich ever! Person in charge seemed to be on top of things but Person who took my order didn’t have the urgency of customer service I really expected. I asked her to fill my drinks while I was waiting for my order but she either forgot or acted like I didn’t say anything. Also, no napkins in the to go bag. Other than that, great experience.

Just like I remember when I was a kid and it was called Bob’s Big Boy. I had the best cheeseburger in the world (that’s what it’s called) and it was really good and juicy. Tons of flavor. The fries are still outstanding. Great customer service to top it off.
If you’re a truck driver, there’s an empty lot across the street with plenty of room to park.

Came in to have breakfast with my daughter.
Waited a bit for a server to take out drink order, she doesn’t even say hello or anything just “what can I get you to drink” takes along time to get drinks. Finally got our food as she drops and walks away. Never comes to check on us once. We were done for a long time before she stops and says “boxes?”
….i know you may have been here for a long time, but being personable isn’t a crime. Very monotone, robot like. Didn’t care to see to be there. Servers name was Marie.

I had no idea that a super big boy sandwich was so big. I ate the whole thing and payed for it all evening. It was worth it. Delicious. We don’t eat out anymore, except maybe once or twice a year, because we have 4 kids and it’s expensive. We had Grandpa along and for all of us, it was $60.

I placed an online order for takeout that the app told me would be ready at 8:45 AM. When I walked in to pick up my order, the staff person told me “We didn’t get it.” (Then why are you listed?) and stared blankly at me. I showed them my order confirmation and they just repeated “Um yeah we didn’t get it.” and continued to stare at me. No solution was provided to me and no offer for me to reorder just confused blank stares that made me feel like it was my fault. I told the staff person that I had paid for the order and they just said “You did?” and nothing else. I was able to figure out how to request a refund on my phone by myself though so luckily i will get my money back in 3-5 business days. I just walked out without my food and went home. It was honestly a very strange interaction.
If they had apologized for the misunderstandings and offered to make my order quickly I probably would’ve waited patiently and spent my money there but I just felt so unwelcome.

The waitress was quite odd with weird remarks. We still tipped her good. It’s OK. Some people just have bad humor, maybe we just didn’t get it. But we did end up forgetting to order what we wanted. Lol
