Stopped on in for some brunch. Our greater, Brennan, was very kind and provided us excellent service asking us if the seating was okay. Immediately our waitress, Amber, took very good care of us. Providing amazing customer service while also making the experience personable. She was able to make our experience the best possible while the food was amazing. We will be going back again soon!! Thank you bigboy for being a great choice for the community

I don’t stop at Big Boy in Greenville very often anymore because, unfortunately, the service and food quality have been pretty inconsistent over the years. I’ve had meals served cold, long waits for refills (if any) and servers who rarely came back to check on the table. Because of that, I had mostly given up on this location.
That said, every once in a while I still crave their fish and chips because it’s a simple, easy stop and let’s be honest…the nostalgia.
Tonight surprised me, in a good way, thanks entirely to our server, Ky. They were pleasant, attentive and clearly on top of everything the entire time. They checked in regularly and made the whole experience feel welcoming again.
I made sure to thank them before leaving because great service deserves to be recognized.
Management at the Greenville Big Boy should take note of the way Ky runs tables, if more of the staff operated with that level of attentiveness and professionalism this location would easily regain the reputation it used to have. What an absolute asset to the team!!!

Stopped in for a snack when they were slow and about an hour away from closing doors and got Dolly sliders. I was able to ask for different sauce on it as they usually come with tartar sauce. The chicken on it was dry like they were overcooked. Food was alright. I’ve had better. Asked for tea, and when it was time for refill, they ran out of tea and got raspberry tea. A friend of mine was with me and got the same dolly sliders with honey mustard and barley. I saw any sauce on hers she asked for packets, and the waitress brought her Honey, not Honey Mustard. I took the Honey and Mustard from table to mix and made some Honey Mustard for her. Overall I give 3 stars. Big Boy is not what I used to know.

We had such a wonderful experience at Big Boy, and a huge part of that was thanks to Jamie! The restaurant was pretty steady but she handled everything with total ease. She was always on top of things — our drinks were constantly filled, our food came out just the way we ordered it, and she checked in at all the right times without ever making us feel rushed.
What really stood out was Jamie’s bubbly, upbeat personality. She greeted us with a big smile, made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down, and kept that same warm energy the whole visit. She manages to balance being friendly, attentive, and efficient all at once, and you can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does.
The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great, and Jamie truly made the entire experience even better. We will definitely be back again.

This morning I went in with my husband and our kids to big boy and we had the buffet! It was very clean and delicious. We had Zeek as our server and she was very polite and kept our drinks refilled. I definitely recommend!

This last Wednesday I decided to go to Big Boy and get a meal. Kudo’s to our server Jamie. The service was amazing. She was polite and patient. There weren’t that many customers in there at the time and we probably took longer than normal picking out what we wanted but she didn’t give us any attitude about it, something I would’ve expected from any other server.
Food was pretty good too. I only gave 4 stars because I couldn’t leave 4 and 1/2 stars. We will definitely be back.

Our waitress Amber was absolutely phenomenal. I came with my grandma and 10 month old. Both her and the other patrons treated my daughter as if she was a little princess. The atmosphere was truly amazing! 10/10, definitely come with your loved ones!

Ordered breakfast today and it came out with burnt toast so I asked for a new order of toast. I got an order of bread to eat with my eggs. This was not a good experience and I don’t think we will be back to this location. The management needs to be more engaged and in tune with what’s going on.

I really debated on sharing a review as I love supporting local… but we took our kids in a week or so ago and the service was just terrible. I waited almost 5 minutes at the podium to see if there was a wait time as I didnt want to bring my two babies in if there was a long wait (the host ignored me to clean multiple individual tables before trying to seat me by myself). She seemed annoyed when I told her there would be 4 of us (she hadn’t cleaned any of the bigger tables),
Our sever never checked on us once just came to give us the bill, never refilled our drinks, and honestly the restaurant wasn’t busy and there seemed to be a lot of staff just standing around talking. Not impressed whatsoever and we won’t be recommending it to anyone anytime soon.

The service is always quick, the staff is always on top of things, never leave a person wanting, and so friendly and wonderful, and the portions are generous and done well.
