Don’t waste your time. I think McDonald’s kids meal has a better burger. The bun was way too big and wasn’t even cooked or anything. The patty was just a store bought generic patty. The cheese was a very small slice of plastic American. They didn’t even bother to put lettuce on my burger after I asked for it either. The only redeeming quality is the fries which were actually pretty good

When every other place in town had a wait of one hour or more, this place was a hidden gem with no wait to order. The burgers were fresh, the fries had taste that came from seasonings and not just the fry oil, and the order came out in a very reasonable amount of time. The only downside was that the inside seating was closed and it was a bit cold outside. Beyond that, yeah, I’ll come back.

Just a place. Menus are quite out of date for on line ordering. The year old picture of the menu seemed accurate. The grilled cheese and fries were so so and were were $13.88 with tax.

It’s kinda disappointing, I got tacos for my daughter and I got a burrito both al pastor meat, honestly the meat had color but it lacked any flavor, sometimes it compensates with a good sauce and lime but not here. The burrito only comes with meat and beans and melted cheese on top wich is kind of American in my opinion lol, also I don’t think the salad on the side is very good but it’s not bad either. The tacos were very average. All this is my opinion, I’ve been to other places cheaper and more flavorful. When I was already eating I realized that they have charbroiled burgers, I’m pretty sure they’re better since it’s a drive in and maybe that explains the tacos, but I’ll never know, I don’t think I’d come back to this place again.

The food was great . Nice location to chill and watch the people drive and walk by. I only recommend not drinking ice tea . Drink at your own risk. We probably just got a bad batch, or it sat too long.

Love this place. Delicious burgers and fries. Fast and friendly service. Great prices. And great views while you wait or sit and eat.

Worst meal in Solvang, period. Fried zucchini is small zucchini fries, lukewarm, that come out at $1 PER zucchini fry. Caesar salad is 2 cups of iffy romaine lettuce with a tablespoon of parm shreds on top. Enjoy picking out the bad bits. When you order they’ll get your beverage…but leave it sitting on the side and not hand it to you because the kid taking orders doesn’t understand that you let the drink sit for call-in orders, but not eat-in. Not recommended for the vegetarians out there, zucchini had some kind of dried out curls of meat (from the fryer or something?). Cashier is handling cash, register, and food with no gloves or any kind of sanitizer, which may be OK for back kitchen staff but not if you’re touching food and also money & register. I’m a local and not expecting high end from a burger joint, but this place is depressing, not tasty, and embarrassing for everyone involved.

Great food! We had a burger, patty melt, hot dog, fries, and chicken tacos for our family. Everything was flavorful and tasty. My son requested to come back for another burger on a later day of our trip and it was reportedly just as good. The seating area was okay but looked like it could use some cleaning.

This place is at the edge of town perfect place to chow down after you had some local wine or some nice craft beer & grabbed all the buckets of cookies and Danish pastries your 2 hands can hold it’s time for a nice juicy burger ! And some more beer ! Perfect pairing ! Shout out to the girl at the register she was super friendly while taking our order and hooked it up with some nicely roasted chiles !!!! Yum ! If you know …. Then you know 😉

– Expensive ($45 for this: Double Western Viking; chicken sandwich; fries; a banana milkshake; a horchata; & a basic tip).
– Tasty Western Viking & fries. Chicken sandwich seemed plain.
– Old-school cafe feel.
– Out-dated outside seating.
