Go!!! I ordered turkey wings, collards, cornbread and yams online. (Faster than going inside to order) The food was cooked to perfection, nice portions, and was hot! The reason I gave it a 3 for atmosphere was because it’s in the hood and it’s take out only. We all know the best food is in the hood This place is no exception. The young gentleman behind the counter was very polite. I will be back!

1st time dropping in I was passing thru headed to Atlanta & wanted soul food. Got lucky & grab the last turkey wing before the church rush!
It was just ok!didn’t like the mac & chz at all. The Greens lacked flavor but the blackeyes were seasoned to perfection as well as the turkey wing.
I suggest having a table setup or some place where customers can view their plates before leaving to ensure both parties are happy.
To say no refunds but no place or not even an attempt to show the food is Ludacris to me.
Service was fast & friendly. Free parking lot next to gas station. No eat in only pickup

I’m all about supporting my people. However, I just left Big Bone and I’m disappointed in the wait, and lack of attention to detail. I ordered 2 plates totaling 40+ dollars. On my way back to Georgia, as I’m opening my plate to eat, I noticed they left out an entire order of wings. I called back and of course no one answered. Please do a better job assuring that everything ordered and paid for is what is received! It’s bad enough you have to wait more than the 15 minutes as stated on a sign in the restaurant. AND stop apologizing for the wait, and running out of food and offering consolations (cake, potato salad) to makeup for your shortcomings! When people care enough to support your establishment, care enough to support back, by fulfilling orders correctly.

I used to love this place! The first two times I ate from here the food was good. Unfortunately the service has always been terrible. The woman working the front desk is very rude. I’m not too confrontational so I’ve always overlooked this. Today I ordered food to avoid that. The food took extremely long which is understandable to a certain extent. It took so long the Ubers canceled 2 times until the third person finally bought the food. My fiancé got hot wings with lemon pepper seasoning and I got turkey wing, yams, collards and Lima beans. The turkey wing was the first thing I tried and it was super dry. Then I noticed hair in my yams. I am currently 6 weeks pregnant so yeah that turned my stomach immediately. My fiancé wings were gummy and you could tell they had his food sitting waiting for mine to be done because it was cold and mine was warm. Of course I have reported through uber and am waiting for my refund but it was just disappointing because the last few times I’ve came have been terrible and I always promote this place to people. My fiancé didn’t have a good experience his first time and I convinced him to try them again. I threw my plate away the original pics I took for uber I did not save because they have you take them through the app. I didn’t know the hair was that long because I didn’t pick the yam up but this is after dumping the plate I saved the yam the hair was entangled in and you can see it’s long. Smh so disappointing. $40 wasted.

I can only enjoy smaller sized wings plus the crispiness I requested.

Miss. Big Bone was in Birthday mode, yet still in the kitchen putting her magic touch on everything. The wait was 15 minutes, but well worth the result. Hot, delicious and filling cuisine The older I get, the harder it is to find those that are willing to put the time and effort into a gut-busting meal. Those old enough to understand will know why I had to take a nap afterwards
Great food, friendly staff and an environment that makes it seem like you stopped by an Auntie’s for a plate

Today was amazing! Someone from my church recommended Big Bone’s. IT WAS DELICIOUS! I ordered three plates, one for Mom, one for a friend. They had turkey and honey wings, lima beans, black eyed peace and yellow rice. I had honey wings, collards, mac, and yams. HANDS DOWN, BEST SOUL FOOD SINCE MOVING TO SC. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! GOD BLESS THE COOKS!

Let me start off by saying the food is TOP TIER!! It’s absolutely delicious. I try to stop here every time I’m in town and I have NEVER had a bad meal. The portion sizes are very generous and the prices are very reasonable. The mac n cheese deserves an AWARD!! Hands down some of the best mac I’ve ever eaten. The food is plated to order so there is a bit of a wait.
My only suggestion to the owners would be invest in a restaurant paging system to help it not be so chaotic. I completely understand the limitations due to building size however, customers should be advised to order and wait in their vehicles until they are alerted that their food is ready. It will not only save space, and keep the line moving but save people from gathering outside in the elements.
