Dropped in here on Tuesday with a coworker who use to frequent this location. Owners are super friendly and down to earth. Even offered us a couple slices of their own pizza they made up for their lunch. Oh, and super tasty pizza. Must try the chocolate cake! Wish I lived closer, would be my pizza place id go.

Been coming here for over 10 years. Picked up 16 pcs of wings last sunday, 8/4/24 for carryout. Upon getting home, ALL wings were not that much bigger than my thumb (see photos). I’m petite but these wings were ridiculously small!!! I should’ve opened the box b4 leaving. It was also quite a drive from home. It was such a SCAM to put these wings in one order! No wonder why the container was lighter than usual. I called them and the guy agreed they were small and that I should complain to the manager the next day at 11:00am. I called the next day at 12:30pm but manager was not there and I should call after 5:00pm.
I didn’t want to waste my time anymore since even mgmt is not around, so I’d rather post it here to warn all of you who loves wings. BEWARE AND OPEN THE BOX BEFORE LEAVING!!! The employees are well aware that their product were not up to their standards, THEY SHOULD NOT SELL THEM!!! HORRIBLE!
Time to find a new wings place…..ANY RECOMMENDATIONS???

Napolian pizza is the best imo. Wings have came small but that can happen at any pizza chain. My second time ordering the wings and they were normal size. The dipping sauces were great. Bread and fries were good portions and tasty. We ordered around 10 pm.

My husband and i order bigbite often and he ordered pizza as a surprise cause he knows I love big bite. He ordered around 7 and he was sitting in the living room for a few hours, heard no knock, got no text or call and so he decided to call them and asked if they were still making the food, said it was already delivered. They directed the phone call to the owner who delivers and instantly was extremely rude and accused us of already having the pizza. The way he was talking to my husband was the most extremely disrespectful disgusting way I have ever witnessed. He said he would deliver us a new pizza but I am so disappointed with the way we have been treated. Great pizza but horrible people. $40 on food and horrible service.
