Big Biscuit Barn is an absolute GEM. From the first bite, you can taste the love — fluffy, buttery biscuits, perfectly cooked over medium eggs, crispy hash browns, and gravy that deserves its own fan club.
And don’t even get me started on the cinnamon roll… warm, soft, gooey, and drizzled just right — it didn’t stand a chance.
Cozy, welcoming, comfort-food perfection. If you’re craving real, hearty breakfast done right, this place is a must. We will absolutely be back

I give the service 3 stars because even though nobody was behind us in line yet, on our first time trying this place, the gal who. Took orders was not very polite. She didn’t even try to give us recommendations on what are some favorites people order but acted more bothered we didn’t know what we wanted yet. She is the only reason I cannot give a higher rating on service because it was pretty rude. She never even said ok I will give you all a couple minutes to look over the menu. Just bothered by us taking some time to figure out.
That was the only negative interaction we encountered.
A very nice comfort food hole-in-the-wall. The food tastes good that we got as this was our first trip. The biscuits are very crumbly and hard to keep your biscuit sandwich together. But at least it wasn’t dry like other places. I enjoyed the omelette as well. And the chips are not hard like kettle chips so that is what makes them good!
The omelette plate I got was about $14 but others items are less than $10

Great biscuits! Delicious breakfasts. Good grits. Will definitely stop in again when traveling by next time. Look forward to the fried pies on next visit!

Great local stop this morning on our way through town. I used to live in the area for a couple months but never stopped here. I regret I never did. Great food at great prices and who doesn’t love that!! 2 people all for under $12. We felt a little bit rushed to order but that’s alright. They get pretty busy in the morning and need all hands on deck. I got the sausage gravy and biscuits. Couldn’t taste the sausage much but still was incredible. My wife got the breakfast sandwich and she couldn’t taste the eggs. She said it tasted more like a BLT. The cinnamon roll was a good take to go snack.

These biscuits were amazing! We ordered sausage gravy, home cut fresh french fries, bologna biscuit, and the strawberry biscuit. Everything was fresh and delicious home cooked like my aunt used to make. The strawberry biscuit has a perfect amount of strawberry sauce and whipped cream. If I lived near this restaurant , I would be 300 pounds. I loved it! Thank you! I especially loved the outside sign, and I did praise the Lord as I was eating that food!

I recently ate breakfast here with my daughter for the 1st time, and we were not impressed.
The workers were friendly. The food was ok, but not as good as I expected.
The dining area was very small and cramped, so if you would like to eat here, you may wanna use the convenient drive thru.
I ordered 2 scrambled eggs, 1 biscuit, and potato rounds. My daughter ordered the breakfast platter. The eggs were good, and the biscuit was ok, but I’m not sure why the menu didn’t say tater tots, lol. I was expecting sliced potatoes that were fried or something… not over cooked tater tots!

We stopped in here on our way to the flea market. Very glad we found it! The biscuits and staff were great. They have a drive thru that was steadily flowing the whole time we ate inside. You order and pay at the counter and can sit inside to eat or take it with you.

When you bite into a buttermilk biscuit from the Big Biscuit Barn, be sure to close your eyes so you can immerse your senses in the light, airy texture, the savory butter, and the melt in your mouth goodness. It is a treat for your senses. The country sausage gravy has the smoothest, oh-so-light base with just the right size sausage mixed in with flakes of ground pepper that give it the true southern taste. The big biscuit platter has a generous helping of scrambled eggs, gravy or grits, and a biscuit with your choice of meat. The two of us had a keep-you-full-all-day breakfast for $16 and change. The restaurant is owned by Phillis Cabe, a widow who gives credit for her success over the past 15 years to her faith. Make the trip to the Biscuit Barn and while you are there, ask Phyllis about her biscuit making class. She might just save you a seat.

I always go through the
drive thru.they are rude .I quit going for 2 years because they gave me apple instead of peach pies .when I complained she said it happens. I said all they have to do is mark the bag P she said they cant always do that and thats crazy to me .yesterday I ordered she told me to pull up beside a huge truck and I couldn’t so I parked and she screamed at me across the parking lot a berated me again when she brought food out. I was respectful to her she should be respectful in return. Im still debating to return .the owner is really sweet lady .but a few of employees need correction.food is only saving grace and thats a hit and miss too

Service was amazing. The biscuits were huge & moist & flakes. The sausage gravy & biscuits was really good. The bacon was crispier than I like it & it was still delicious. Bacon, egg & cheese biscuit was also really good. Will be back & will recommend.
