Very nice place for breakfast- however I paid 21$ for a mushroom omelette with some home fries and toast and did get a large Hash. This is with a discount for paying cash and a discount for being a veteran. So all in all the breakfast would have been over 24$ plus the omelette was small.
Should have went to Carl’s or Main Street.
Insane with the up charges.
Many complaints about the pricing.
Egg prices have come way down-

Who screws up a grilled cheese? Someone using stale bread. A grilled cheese shouldn’t scrape the roof of my mouth. If you burn it, toss it. Disgusting!!

Wendy… How dare you come at me and tell me what your food was like? Your sandwich on white bread hurt the roof of my mouth. I worked in a pizza house for more than a decade and I know that restaurants use old bread for toasted sandwiches. Don’t ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever come at me and tell me I’m wrong about my experience! Are we clear Wendy because I will be happy to call the board of health on you using old bread to serve as new food!! are we clear? I know what I ate! I took the meat out of your stew because it was dog food! I will stand outside of your restaurant holding a picket sign that you argued with me that I don’t have my own correct opinion of my own experience and that everyone on planet earth should avoid you, Wendy! Unless you enjoy a side of harassment, and having your own factual experience, corrected by the owner of a restaurant who served food on old bread… Stay away from here! Make sure you noticed that she mentioned she only made two grilled cheese sandwiches today and how many different breads does she offer so how fast does she actually go through that bread folks?

Also… She offers a grilled cheese with soup… But she doesn’t wanna also then include the fries that stay clearly come with any sandwich then when you make a stink about it, she will add it on as a separate side of fries so we were gonna pay $40 for two grilled cheese, two fries and two soups until I brought it to her attention and she started to apologize like it was a mistake. So if you get the grilled cheese and soup demand your fries! If you are purposefully screwing customers and anyone else comes forward that you got screwed over that grilled cheese soup and french fries situation reach out to me. I will be happy to take this up on a bigger larger scale because Wendy harassed me.

Oh, and they offer you a 10 ounce beverage for three dollars and free refills but guess who never comes back even though there’s an empty cup on the edge of the table over and over and over and over and over and over and over again?

What kind of establishment tells their customers what their experience really was and then on top of it can’t except five stars for service and then on top of it wants me to change my behavior for her sake instead of being a restaurant owner making good quality, wholesome fresh food! Beware! What established owner argues with customers in public ask yourself that ask yourself if you use four slices of bread two white and two sourdough for two grilled cheeses today and you knew who I was so how fast do you go through all that bread? So don’t lie! You pissed off the wrong bees nest!! I don’t like people like you telling me something about me when you’re the one who did something wrong! I don’t see you telling anybody else to change their opinion for your sake I don’t see you correcting everybody else under the sun you’re crazy! And if you don’t take out what you wrote, I’m gonna sue you For harassment!!

Folks, please pay attention that this woman wants customers to say something ahead of time instead of her, making good food to begin with! Who on planet Earth talks to their customers the way Wendy talk to me? Make good food Wendy use fresh food. Wendy don’t tell your customers how to change to suit your needs. I’m not your 15-year-old teenage daughter, Wendy! I will see you in court! You publicly humiliated me when you made crappy food.!!

Breakfast is such a wonderful meal to start your day and its absolutely great when you find a new to you place where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast!!!

The food here was incredible and the spicy bloody mary was perfect!!!! The restaurant is a very homey and good atmosphere with a good vibe team of great people who know food and the importance of a good relationship with customers. The food is excellent and just makes you feel so happy. The home fries were hot, fresh and crispy but soft on the inside. It was a style of home fries I’ve never had before. My husband and I enjoyed them and our meals!

I’m glad we found this gem on our weekend adventure!

I highly recommend!!!!

Simple looking on the outside yet very pleasant inside with great breakfast food. Pancakes with plump blueberries and strawberry rhubarb toast were both delicious. Returned the following day for a tasty omelette packed with fillings. Comfortable seating and large enough tables for all the plates. Restroom has working soap and paper towel dispensers! Drove nearly an hour from home 2 days in a row, Nice location for taking a drive from points North on back roads. Wait staff was also the owner and very nice.

Got a veggie omelette with bacon and a grilled blueberry muffin.

The veggie omelette was delicious and nicely sized (I like a big breakfast but when the omelette is the size of the plate I’m a tad intimidated lol) Home fries were seasoned well. (9/10)

The grilled muffin was to die for (you really can’t mess that up) (10/10)

Their country, fried steak and sausage gravy are out of this world. The steak is so tender. It is so good. The gravy is so good. And if you pay in cash you get a discount.

Owner and staff are amazing! So is the food! Best breakfast around!

UPDATE: My breakfast was amazing this morning! Sorry, there is only 1 pic because I ate everything else so quickly! I got the little belly, which has 2 pancakes or French toast, 2 eggs any way, 2 pieces of bacon or 2 sausage links/patties, and home fries. The eggs over easy were cooked perfectly, and I got the pancakes with blueberries and white chocolate chips. Everything was yummy, and the super friendly, exceptional service by Hannah, Josh, and Rain was much appreciated! I highly recommend Big Belly!!
