My 7 year old wanted pizza badly, but I wasn’t in the mood. Ordered a medium cheese pizza and an Italian sandwich for myself.. the estimated delivery time was an hour, but it was delivered (to our hotel room, even tho I told them I could meet them at the front desk) within 25-30 min. My sandwich was SO HOT upon delivery, as was kiddo’s pizza. The sandwich was delicious, idk what kinda bread they use but it was the perfect vessel for the other fresh ingredients. Kiddo loved her pizza. And the delivery lady was so kind and listened all about my kid’s baby doll. Didn’t think to photograph the food before we dug in

The reviews don’t do the food or customer service justice. A advertisement hanger was put on our door and we decided to try it. We ordered by phone for a group of 13 and the food was delivered within 35 minutes hot fresh and delicious. We ordered, 4 xl pizzas, wings boneless and bone in, poppers, and a meatball sub. Everything was fire and the lady who took our order was super nice and helpful.

It was our first night in Gatlinburg and we needed food. We decided to order takeout from Big Bear based on a recommendation from the bartender at Westgate Southern Comfort. We ordered our food and within 5 mins they called us and said it was ready. Wow!! How do you make 2 pizzas, 2 burgers and wings in 5 mins and deliver it. The food was decent considering how quickly the turnaround was, but the thing that worried me the most was the mysterious missing piece from the burger (see photos) that looked identical to a human bite mark. It was also a lot pricier than the prices that were online. $90 for our order was a lot considering the quality. The wings were tiny and lacked substance and the pizza was on the greasy side.

We stayed within walking distance at a rental, and enjoyed the pizza and salad. This was some of the best pizza we’ve had, and we’ve been all over the US. The cheese was thick, the crust thin, and there were plenty of pepperoni. The cashier was nice. While we didn’t eat inside, there was plenty of nice indoor seating. We’ll definitely be back soon!

I’m always wary of pizza delivery, especially in tourist towns. I ordered an Italian Sandwich and a pizza. Both arrived quick and hot. The sandwich was great, order it. The pizza was also good that night, didn’t heat up well in the morning.

We order from Big Bear Pizza & Subs EVERY time we visit Gatlinburg! We have never been let down by the service and quality of food. The delivery is outstanding only taking 15-20 minutes and the food is piping hot every time. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Gatlinburg!

Very good food. WAY BETTER THEN PIZZERIA OF GATLINBURG!!!!!!! Delivery was fast and friendly. And food is very good. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the garlic knots are kinda just bread twists with nothing on them. But the kids still ate it so it’s a win for me.
