My family has been going to Big Apple once a week for over a year and we can confidently say that everything on their breakfast and lunch menu is delicious.
We particularly like the iced vanilla lattes, the lemon ricotta pancakes, the cinnamon roll pancakes, the waffles, the homemade corned beef hash, the steak and eggs, the berry smoothie, the avocado toast with poached eggs and arugula, the two egg breakfast, the tuna melt, the egg salad sandwich, the paninis, and more. The prices are also very reasonable.
The servers are always so kind, attentive, and fast – even when it’s busy.
10/10 recommend the Big Apple for breakfast and lunch.

Good food, variety of American breakfast and lunch items. Tried the chicken salad sandwich on sourdough bread with fries. Chicken salad needs to have little more seasoning, and texture could be improved. Fries were crispy and fresh. Good value for the money but dine in or take out only.

Food was good except the bacon was hard to chew. Good service. Not much for an atmosphere. Affordable

Ordered the pumpkin seasonal pancakes and was excited it featured homemade lemon curd. Brought the order home and there’s no lemon curd in the bag. Ordered a hazelnut latte with no sugar, it was disgustingly syrupy sweet and tasted like drip coffee from dunks NOT an espresso specialty drink. Also Ordered an egg sandwich which was made to order and good, which is why I’m giving it a 2 star instead of 1 (on top of offering reasonable prices). I guess I had higher expectations that came crashing down quickly. Try South St Diner instead — phenomenal there and delicious lattes at the same reasonable prices (just went yesterday).

Great food – the breakfast potatoes are pan fried but not with too much oil. So delightfully light.

I found this place while looking up breakfast places in the area. It’s fairly big with lots of seating. The waitresses were very attentive, my coffee cup was never empty. I ordered an omelet, French toast, bacon and it came w home fries and toast. The home fries were big, flavorful, hot and perfectly crunchy! Bacon was right and the French toast were delicious. My only issue was the omelette. It was “fold over” style, ham/onion/cheese folded into the middle of the folded over omelet) I prefer a blended ingredients omelet myself but that’s an easy fix. I will return again when in the area. Left a good impression on me.

Egg omelette was good. Pancakes and sausage were good. Fresh food, large quantity and good quality. Reasonable prices

Overall good food. Had the shredded beef omelet which was huge. Even though I asked the homefries to be crisp, which they were, there were a couple large pieces that I considered undercooked, but not raw. This is just me being picky and high maintenance. Gluten free bread as well as pancakes available! Would come back when in the area again.

Went to breakfast this past weekend there, we had to wait which was fine , but they sat us at a table that was available when we got there so not sure why we had to wait. It took the waitress a long time to come back to take our order after the drinks came. We did tell her we needed a few more minutes but it was a long wait. We ordered our food and again waited forever to get it. As we waited we noticed that people that came in after us got there food, ate and paid and yet we still waited!!! The food was good but the wait was ridiculous!!!! The Shrewsbury location is much better!!!!

We drove and hour in a half to check this place out, waited almost 40 minutes to be seated bc it was so popular, the food was amazing, the waitress didn’t bring us out drinks until we got our check to leave but it was insanely busy, she also wasn’t making the drinks so I don’t blame her, great prices. The reviews were on point and it was very cute in there and the girls working were all so kind
