A solid bagel. We popped in around 2:30 and there were a few bagel flavors left. We ordered the Californian on an extra Jalapeno bagel. I will say the bagel itself was slightly greasy- but otherwise the texture was perfect. They have many cream cheese options as well and everything looked clean. Service could have been a little friendlier, but nonetheless the bagel was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and I would return.

When I tell you we love this place, we LOVE this place. My sister and I are absolutely obsessed with the French toast bagels, so we always call ahead to have them set some aside for us. We also love the cinnamon sugar and blueberry bagels, and our dogs are big fans of the dog bones too.
The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. And the prices are unbeatable. I truly cannot recommend this place enough!

I’ve been coming here for a long time and it never disappoints. The owner is super friendly, the food is always great, and I always order the Southern Tradition on an everything bagel, hands down the best bagel sandwich I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Great bagels, friendly staff! The bagels are always fresh and delicious, with lots of flavors to choose from. I love their breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Quick service and a nice atmosphere. Definitely a go-to spot for a tasty start to the day!

Fantastic. I’ve been craving a lox bagel sandwich but didn’t want to resort to Einstein’s in Downtown Naperville. Ended up finding this spot on Google Maps – not a franchise I’ve heard of before. Got a lox sandwich on asiago, and it was delicious; no skimping on lox or cream cheese and kudos to the bagel, great texture, chew, and flavor. Great that this is so close to home, will be back to buy bagels in batch!

If you’re looking for a good breakfast sandwich, this place has them, but there are other options in the area. There was nothing about this place that jumps out at you that’ll keep you coming back or recommending it to someone. It serves its purpose of providing a variety of bagels. Consider supporting them over Panera if you’re looking for some bagels for the office.

I have been coming here for 5 years. Excellent bagels. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Their lines have gotten longer once they started accepting credit cards. All great things. However, the store is highly unorganized from a customer ordering perspective. My recommendations are: 1) have a sign at the counter that says “Order Here”; 2) have a sign on the other end of the counter that says “Pay Here”; 3) remove the wall of cream cheese cups that block approximately half of the counter space…once an employee goes behind this wall, they are hidden from the customer and need to reappear from behind the wall to ask any follow up questions or process payment.
I will continue to come here because the bagels and the owners are great. But my star-rating won’t increase until a more orderly flow of ordering, waiting, paying, and exiting is established.

For a place that specializes in bagels, this was mid. They used a microwave to heat our food. The line seemed disorganized. It’d be serviceable at the airport. Go the extra 10 minutes to Schmaltz’ if you’re looking for bagels.
