The bagels are amazing! I love the breakfast sandwiches. The specialty coffee drinks are my favorite especially the white chocolate mocha! Everything is always fresh made, there are a million cream cheeses and kinds of muffins too! I get treated so well going there! Wonderful staff and the owner is usually there working right next to them, very friendly. Great people!

Their strawberry cream cheese is the best thing I’ve ever tasted. Paired with the cinnamon sugar bagel, it is pure bliss. I crave that strawberry cream cheese every second of my existence. The Swiss melt is a close second to the godly-ness of the strawberry cream cheese. The people there are really nice too. I would give this place 10 stars if I could but 5 is the max unfortunately.

Extremely rude front counter guy!! Bagels are good, but customer service was non existent. To the guy in the black hat, I did nothing to deserve your snotty attitude, I just wanted to buy a dozen bagels for my coworkers. Reading some of the other reviews of this place makes me sad, this place used to be so good. I will not be returning.

Pay for cream cheese on 3 bagels sandwiches and only get it on 1 and that one had a mininal amount. Called to let them know just as a courtesy and the lady made it sound like they probably had it on there but said it melts in with the egg. Trust me, the Lansing area store makes sure you know the cream cheese is on there. My family just ate the bagels rather than driving 20 minutes to show them they messed up. Thanks for charging me 1.90 for something I didn’t get. Then making it sound like customer doesn’t know the difference between the taste of cream cheese versus egg. SMH

Hi 🙂 I just stopped in there with my mother for a breakfast bagel sandwich and an island refresher. I’ve been here many times but it’s been a few months now. I think they have great food. Anyways, Bayley was the one taking our order. I’m gonna be honest me and my mom both suck at reading menus due to our not perfect vision. We made a mistake reading the menu and he was very rude about it. And this is his behavior each time he takes my order when I’m here. After we payed, I gave him 0 tip on the tablet, because that was awful customer service and he saw. But since my mom was paying she gave him a 20% tip. He made my island refresher very icy and chunky. I work at a coffee & beverage shop so I know how to make smoothies chunky and how to not make them chunky. It had no flavor too and was lacking the same color as the other island refreshers I’ve gotten. All other people here are so kind and the food & smoothies are amazing. It’s ideal for you if you can tolerate poor customer service every once in a while! Which I personally cannot. Thanks for reading. Have a lovely day.
