Disappointed. I ordered two of the “Southern Tradition” bagel sandwiches with bacon. I could barely find the bacon on the sandwich. The bacon was undercooked and gross. I also had a raspberry cream cheese jumbo muffin. It was dry and tasted like it was days old. I went at 10:30 am and they only had 2 muffins in the case which seems strange, having such low inventory mid morning.The person who took my order was rude. I do not plan to return and would not recommend.

I have been coming here for 11 years. The lady taking orders is very crabby. She got the wrong muffin for my son which was totally not a problem, I asked her if we could swap for the right one before he even touched it and she acted like it was such a problem. I love the food but the customer service is just NOT there! My kids left saying “she was mad.”

These bagels are some of the best in west Michigan. My wife is from New York, and she tells me that these are about as close to New York as you can get. The bagels have always been fresh, and delicious. We really like the way they cut the bagels. They also have muffins and cookies, but my diet will not permit me to try those. But they sure look yummy!

Good selection of bagels and muffins (big and mini ones). They are softer then ones from Panera and usually slightly bigger.
