Standing waiting for food as the girl behind the counter complains about the order with a food allergy as she put up her fingers to put quotes around the allergy and made fun of it. I guess she didn’t care who was in the restaurant as I was standing right there as she complained about it. So hurtful. I even added extra tip for the inconvenience. This isn’t the first time members of the staff complain as loud as they can so everyone in the place can hear them. Not going back.

This place used to be good but as of the last year has been expensive for not very good food. A couple weeks ago I ate here and there was hair in my bagel super disgusting long hair and the shop didn’t look clean at all and some of the girls working were very slow. The girls need to start wearing hairnets or hats with hair tied back because seriously so gross nobody wants someone’s hair in their food. Especially for such an expensive bagel I had to throw out.

The food: delicious! The service was great. The atmosphere: disgraceful. 9am on a Wednesday, the entire shop had to listen to the crew behind the counter complain and swear. Poor Avery, I hope she showed up for her shift because the girls waiting made their disappointment in her known for all of us to hear. Hopefully Jason, whoever that is makes the schedule right. My husband and I looked around at everyone else sitting there eating and they all had the same look on their faces.
Completely unprofessional and not at all the kind of atmosphere anyone wants to be a part of. Do better Big Apple Bagel.

I bought a sandwich and coffee for $14.29. The regular coffee thermos was about empty and only got a half cup. When I told employee “The C” I was told there wasn’t more because we’re closing in an hour. She said I could have hazelnut or decaf, no apology or offer to refund. I don’t like hazelnut and certainly didn’t want decaf. On my way out I mentioned this to a second employee and her response was we close in 30 minutes. She then turned around and went back to her closing tasks. Horrible service.

I’ve given them 2 chances in the last month. Can’t get an order right. When you call it’s ohh you have to tell Uber eats and figure it out with them. They hold no responsibility. This use to be one of my favorite places but I can’t keep spending money for orders that aren’t right.

Excellent bagel and coffee shop. Very high level of cleanliness, and sanitation efforts by staff. Food is very high quality, and coffee is always hot and fresh. There are nice slow periods in the afternoon, which make this an excellent place to study, and read a book or journal.

I love coming here, the atmosphere is soo welcoming. The staff are amazing, so friendly and hard workers. The coffee and food is also so good. Lattes are 10/10, bagels 15/10. And the prices are the best too, I can get my latte with alternative milk, a bagel with butter for about $9. AND they are one of the few coffee/bagel shops that actually put the butter on the bagel when you order it. Big shout out to this place, you guys are the best!!
