The bagels here are good but the service is horrible. Nothing more irritating and frustrating watching 3 employees fill an empty cream cheese tub while your food sits ignored in the toaster. Half the time when I come here there’s 4-5 people “working” but somehow you still wait 20 minutes for one bagel even if you’re the only person who ordered. If you want to see how a Big Apple Bagel should be run go to the one on State St in Saginaw. It is excellent.

The only constant here is service that’s either bad or worse. It could be in the middle of a rush or slow, and the staff will still find a way to make a 2 bagel order take 30 minutes. Terrible attitudes and bad customer service
