The food is great and the service is even better. The ladies up front are always so kind and welcoming! The last half an hour of restaurant hours are typically for employees to clean the restaurant and prepare for the next day, but I have seen people show up minutes before close and demand to be served. I definitely do not expect anyone to serve me at 1:59 if the store closes at 2. Just a thought…

I stopped in today after a test at the hospital! I ordered a turkey Havarti sandwich on a asiago bagel, then I got a strawberry cheesecake muffin for my husband! The staff very friendly will tell you to take your time if you have questions I’m not sure the lady that was taking food out to people, if she is the owner but she knows people by name which is great customer service! And the gentleman that waited on me was very nice and friendly I definitely will come back

The bagels are great just come early as they only make so many, and they close at 2pm. Its definitely worth it for breakfast, but if you wait until lunch you may be disappointed by several empty baskets and no bagels.

Great coffee and great food. Nice staff none of them or snobby or rude. Only complaint PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix the cups and the lids. The lid game is weak it is always falling off when I grab the cup resulting in coffee getting spit all over me. This happens every time please get different lids or cups whatever one prevents the lid from flying off from me just grabbing the cup

Big Apple Bagels has a wonderful variety of bagels, my favorite being sesame. They are really big. The flavor is great. They also have fantastic muffins!!! Wonderful sandwiches, drinks such as pop, lemonade tea, & coffee. I only know of the one in Grand Blanc. I live in the thumb of Michigan so whenever I can get to there I always get an order of bagels and muffins. I truly encourage you to pick up some of their wonderful food, you will be glad you did!!

I think it’s poor customer service to be open until 2:00 and unable even to get a toasted bagel because of “toaster already being cleaned and turned off.” If you want your employees out by 2:00 why don’t you close at 1:30 and until that time the customer can receive actual customer service. Just a thought..
