We stopped in today and had such a great experience! The gentleman behind the counter was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I’m vegetarian and had my 14-month-old with me, and he was so thoughtful and accommodating — even sent us home with a dozen free bagels just to be nice! The bagels themselves were fresh, perfectly chewy, and absolutely delicious — and as a New Yorker, I fully approve. Highly recommend this place, it’s rare to find that kind of heart in a business these days. We’ll definitely be back—this place has earned a loyal fan!

The bagels are always the best! I went here yesterday with my daughter and the girl at the front was so nice! She offered to cut my daughter’s bagel into quarters and then gave me a cup of hot water for a paci that had fell on the ground without me even asking! Give her a raise!

This place is absolutely fantastic! My wife and I used to visit here weekly when we lived nearby. Their coffee is great, as well as their breakfast sandwiches and bagels. Their muffins are also fantastic. They were always super moist and delicious. The employees were always super nice to my wife and I, and were always great at coming up with solutions. Plus the atmosphere here was always super warm and inviting. This place is awesome, and is definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

Ordered breakfast sandwiches and a hot latte and the girl at the register said to the person working and said “I’m not making that” very rudely to her coworker and made that same coworker make it. It was a very inappropriate way to talk in front of customers. The food and drink were good though.

Stopped in early after an airport drop off and got some bagels, a sandwich and some muffins. The bagels were quite good and the sandwich was nice. The muffin stole the show though. It was so moist and full of flavor. I believe I had the strawberry cheesecake one. I would go here again and get bagels for sure but you’re missing out if you pass on the muffins.

Super cute little bagel shop! They have bagels, muffins, smoothies, and specialty coffees. I wasn’t super impressed with the broccoli soup but the bagels are absolutely amazing and the staff was super friendly. Wish I could find a shop like this close to where I live!

This is the best place in Avon to go for a sweet tooth. The gentleman that served my husband and I was named Earl and he was a delight. The sweets are delicious and the breakfast sandwich’s are awesome. We happen to get there after hours and Earl was happy to still provide great service.

Any time I come in here, it always puts me in a good mood. Everyone who works here is always so kind and attentive. The food is spectacular. Whenever I have to open at work, it’s 5am and nobody else is open except these guys, and to be honest, there’s nowhere else I’d rather go. A really nice place with a warmth that’s hard to find these days. 🙂
