This place is going downhill and I’m not sure why! I love this place and been coming for years and I think this new staff is not it, every time I come I am disappointed. First no one welcomes you when you come in, they always forgot something on my order and I have to go back and ask for what I paid for and then now the sausage is as tiny as can be. What is going on? It seems with other reviews this is a trend. I hope this changes.

By far the best bagels and muffins, however there service is not so great, very slow, almost no personality from any of them kinda felt like it was more of a bother to them. I mean did you just want to hang out at work and serve nobody? When we finally got waited on, they got the order wrong asked for sausage on a sandwich and my husband got bacon. Its a small place, great food the the employees need to do better.

Very nice. Was visiting a friend and she took me here. Parking was tight, but everything else was really good. Food and coffee tasted fresh. Menu was plentiful. Prices fair. I enjoyed the atmosphere. I am not local, and the area feels so large. Stopping here felt more ‘small town’ ish, so it was a little easier to relax. I plan to be back on my next trip down.

I had a frustrating experience at this bagel shop today after not having visited in quite some time. From the start, the staff member I interacted with was dismissive and rude. When I asked a simple question about pricing on one item due to unclear signage, I was abruptly told to read the board rather than given a straightforward answer.
During the ordering process, the staff member began preparing my order and selected a box before confirming how I wanted my items packaged. I was informed of the $6 cost for the box, but by that point the process already felt rushed and assumptive, leaving little room to adjust the order without disruption.
There were also hygiene concerns. The staff member put a glove on one hand and then repeatedly handled food packaging with his bare hand, touched his face, and then continued handling items without a glove, which was uncomfortable to witness.
Throughout the interaction, I was frequently cut off while ordering and spoken to in a hurried and impatient manner. The overall tone was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Even my 13-year-old child independently commented on how rude the interaction was when we were walking to our car.
Clear communication, basic courtesy, and attention to cleanliness are reasonable expectations in a food establishment. Unfortunately, this experience fell short on all counts.

I drive 20 minutes to come here at least once a week even though there’s another bagel place right by my house. Their prices are very reasonable, and their bagels are really good. They have bagel sandwiches for breakfast for around $4-$5. They also serve muffins, sandwiches, and smoothies, and tasty coffee here. Monday through Thursday they have daily specials as well. With the best one being in Mondays where you can get half off on all bagels. There is a nice dining room as well, so you can relax while you eat your food. I feel good about coming here, and supporting a local business.

Great little bagel joint! I had a traditional egg bacon cheese on an everything bagel and it was delicious! Great prices and good customer service. Highly recommend coming here for breakfast. Bagel. I look forward to trying out there lunch menu sometime soon.

I heard great things about Big Apple Bagel so I decided to stop in myself for a quick breakfast. Immediately walking in the door you can smell the delicious fresh baked bagels and their giant muffins! I ordered a bacon egg and cheese (extra bacon) on a cheddar melt bagel ,a side of their house made olive basil cream cheese and a iced oat milk latté. Everything was so flavorful and good and the service was top notch with everyone being super friendly and attentive! I loved that they have so many options of bagels, muffins and cream cheeses! I can’t wait to go back and try something new.

Literally never been disappointed. My wife and I have been here multiple times and tried a variety of menu items and they are always delicious and fulfilling, not to just the belly but fulfilling to the soul! We cannot recommend this place enough, unfortunately for us we have to commute to get here but it’s always worth the drive. If you haven’t been we highly recommend it! They offer a variety of cream cheese flavors and bagels, as well as muffins. Can’t wait to come back!

A local bagel shop that is cooking up some extraordinary bagels. Today I had a breakfast croissant with sausage, egg and cheese. It was really good. Also I got a dozen bagels with a cream cheese, makes a strawberry and cinnamon and sugar. Everything was fast and efficient if you looking for a quick bite in the morning look no further. And they are making some of the best coffee out.
