The nachos were great, huge portions and worth the price! Unfortunately the service was not great, but not bad either. A great place to play billiards as they have 4, 9 food tables for like $15 an hour. Bowling was great, although it does get quite busy sometimes and the wait can be long. Overall a nice place for food and to enjoy an evening.

Bowling was great, food pretty good. We had wings and pretzel bites. Arcade is a rip off. You really have to be prepared to dole out another 75-100 if you want to have some reasonable time at the arcades. Barely any points and they really should keep the stuff you barely can trade for the few points you collect.

I like the place, but will try my best to keep the kids out of the Arcade.

I’m blown away by the friendly and attentive staff throughout our son’s first time bowling! You have an awesome crew Keep up the great work! Alizea is an amazing server

This is such a great family-friendly place for bowling, arcade, or grabbing a bite with a friend at their bar or sports restaurant area!

I love that they have a separate VIP lanes area that isn’t too much more than the regular bowling.

The Summer program for kids to play 2 free games and get some arcade play is what got us in. $5 for shoes so worth it. So grateful they have bumper lanes as well as a bowling ramp for new bowlers. It made my first-time bowler have a fun time!

The arcade games are fun if you can get the magnet strips to work. They need cleaning or updating. The ticket redemption employee was helpful though.

It’s a good location and hours and they’re going to have food trucks station soon right next to their parking lot. With that said, the food was pretty darn good! My friend enjoyed her taco salad and I thought the pasta on Not Your Nonna’s pizza was tasty! The cheese pull on the kid’s pizza was really great and my chicken strips connoisseur approved! AND! With every kid’s meal, you get a $10 voucher to play arcade games. Can’t beat that. No brainer deal.

The only thing I wish was they had is a location closer to the growing Battle Ground area

Love the atmosphere, I missed this place. Only thing is that you have to go when they have their deals or else i personally don’t think its worth it. The place is one story, i was hoping for more games and alleys but it was pretty nice just get packed very easily. Our lane had technical difficulties so we got moved after asking for help and waiting for 20 mins. After we got transfered it happened again so we left.

For her birthday, we took our adult daughter and her partner to Big Al’s today to bowl, but there was a wait, so we went into the sports bar section to hang until a lane was available. Erin was our server and she was FABULOUS! She read the vibe at our table and totally matched our energy. We had A BLAST with her! We enjoyed her so much that it was kind of a let down when a lane opened up for us. We’ll totally go back, in hopes that she’s our server!

Outstanding service on a packed New Year’s Eve — Erin is a rockstar!
Big Al’s was absolutely hopping tonight with all the New Year’s Eve excitement, and despite the crowds, our experience was nothing short of fantastic, largely thanks to Erin.
We came in for bowling and games, and Erin was one of the few staff members working the floor. From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, attentive, and quick to help, making us feel welcome like old friends. Her energy, attitude, and professionalism truly stood out. What made the experience feel extra personal was connecting with Erin beyond great service. Her beautiful jewelry sparked an easy, genuine conversation about the stories behind it, which instantly showed her warmth and personality. What really struck us was how clearly loved she is. Customers, kids, everyone seemed to stop by just to say hi to Erin. That says a lot. Even as we were getting ready to leave and standing around chatting, she made a point to come over and personally say goodbye to us. She even hooked us up with matching New Year’s hats which made the night extra memorable.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but Erin truly earned this one. We even tracked down her manager to make sure they knew how incredible she was. Big Al’s Vancouver is very lucky to have her. Exceptional service like that is rare, especially on one of the busiest nights of the year.
Thank you, Erin, for making our pre-NYE family night such a fun and memorable experience!

Big Al’s is always a fun place for adults and families. We ate at the restaurant and it was decent but more on the spendy side which was surprising.
Would recommend ✨️7/10✨️

My kids enjoy this place, so their happiness is what earns Big Al’s 3 stars. Overall the place caters to young kids, big kids, and those who are kids at heart but the service is sub par – my daughter struggles in loud environments and when I asked their staff about ear muffs and or plugs they said it wasn’t something they had – luckily one of the managers saw my daughter covering her ears while walking around and was able to provide the ear plugs the earlier staff members said they didn’t have.

The games are pricey and half the time inoperable. It used to be a couple games that would be out of service but our last visit was a rather unusual amount. The kids play free summer promo is great and all, but there’s restrictions to the playable games and you still have to pay the shoe rental fee if you opt to bowl.

The place is huge and well organized, with something for everyone. The arcade area is packed with modern and classic games, bright, fun, and very lively. The bowling lanes are spacious, well lit, and have large screens that make the experience even better, especially for groups and families.

What really stands out is how much there is to do in one place: arcade games, bowling, seating areas, food, and a rewards section all under one roof. Despite the size and energy, it never feels chaotic. The layout makes it easy to move from one area to another.

It’s a great spot for family outings, birthday parties, or just a night out with friends. You can easily spend several hours here without getting bored. Definitely a place I’d visit again.
