Lemme say this with my whole heart.. BEST STEAK AND CHEESE ON EARTH! Seasoning, quality of meat, THE CHEESE, homemade sesame roll. Wow 10/10
The pizza was great as well, a close 2nd place to Sally’s Apizza in Woburn. Great undercarriage, nice char, no flop, good sauce and cheese, fresh toppings.. 8.5/10 for me. Better than any other pizza in the area!
Service was outstanding, very nice and polite. Luckily we went in early, around 4, got a table to sit at.. around 5 watched about 20 people coming in for pickups and the phone was ringing off the hook!
Mostly a takeout place, but they do have 2 tables.

As a pizza restaurant owner myself – Billerica just got their first solid pizza joint. Small, family owned spot. Came for the Italian cold cut sub. The pesto on it with the quality cold cuts is superb. We got a pepperoni pizza and it was killer. I love when the ronis cup up and get the right amount of crispy! Eyed the basque cheesecake and will be back to try! Wishing them many years of success!

One of the best pizza spots in the region, coming from a New Yorker. The Cheese steak is 10/10, it’s absolutely legit, just like from Philly but thankfully you don’t have to go there. Bomb New York style pies and subs, can’t go wrong. Tony and staff are great, support an awesome local business. Cash-Only, best to call ahead.

The best steak and cheese I’ve ever had. The bread is incredible and the make it themselves. The sub is absolutely stuffed with steak and the copper cheese is so creamy. Well done! I also got the angry roni pizza and that much like the sub is out of this world! Definitely going back because I need to try the wiz on this sub.

This place is an absolute gem – best pizza and philly cheese steak I’ve ever had.
The margarita has a satisfying crunch, top quality mozzarella, and a sauce thats just out of this world. The philly cheese steak is jam packed with flavor and the house made rolls are so good that I wish they sold them separately.
The staff are awesome and I wouldn’t be surprised if Big Al’s tops the charts not just regionally but nationally – it’s that damn good

Got the Margherita pizza, Philly cheesesteak with onions and some giardinera. Pizza was delicious, crust was very good. Cheese steak was soo good the best ive ever had, cheesy and stuffed with thin slices of meat in some baked bread its a must have. Giardinera was very good, sour and spicy.

Pizza is a solid 8.1, I’ve been to Sally’s, Pepe’s, Joanie’s, Modern, Regina’s etc. and it is right up there with them. I don’t mind crunch, but it was maybe a tiny bit overdone. I like the no flop and charred crust but prefer a somewhat softer center crust. The cheesesteak was phenomenal, sharp cheese with tender steak and fresh baked bread, hard to beat in Mass. Definitely worth the try!

Being from NY, I have very high standards for pizza. There are some decent ones in Billerica not one that really nails it until now. Big Al’s is the absolute real deal! Perfect thin crust, perfect sauce to cheese ratio and packed with flavor. The pie we tried was the Angry Roni. Absolutely ridiculous! Can’t wait to try others.

I know a lot of people state that a particular place has ‘the best pizza” but finally in Billerica Big Al’s is that place.
If you like a good Italian style pizza you can’t go wrong. The overall taste is really worth the wait when it gets busy.
Every one of the staff is very friendly even at busy times. Just remember to bring cash as it is a cash only pizza shop.

It’s pretty hard to get a decent Philly style roast pork sandwich up here. I happened to see a post online about a place that makes their own seeded rolls for their cheesesteaks, and I said that since they already make them, they should do a roast pork. Turned out, they DO make a roast pork sandwich, and it’s pretty top notch.
The best/worst part of a roast pork sandwich is the broccoli raab. If they overcook it, it gets mushy and gross. This place very slightly under cooks it, so it’s perfect and crunchy. The roll is the perfect seeded sub roll that you see in Philly. My only complaint is that the provolone isn’t sharp enough in my opinion.
