When I first moved to Linden, I was on the hunt for the best bacon,egg and cheese spot—and I found it. This deli truly feels like a neighborhood gem. The family is amazing, and the owner, Al, is always friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home every time you walk in. They also have the best coffee in town. Highly recommend—stop by and see for yourself.

skip the gas station spot,These people here are like family with phenomenal food cooked quick for you….ive never been here but came for the breakfast sandwiches with my diesel truck.. i must say these people are soo soo nice.they literally knew everyone that walked in by name..please give these guys a try and you will not be disappointed!!

If you’re in this area and you want a great sandwich stop here. And if Al .was behind the counter you’ll get a good laugh. He’s got a great personality. I’ve had BLTs from this place I split a half a Philly cheese steak and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. The bacon was fresh and I believe they sliced their own bacon. Will definitely stop there anytime I’m in the area. There hours are 4:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. . They only do breakfast and lunch.

Love this place. Not only has everything I’ve tried there been fantastic, but they got all kinds of different sandwiches and belly busters, and as you’ll see as soon as you get to the counter, they are strong supporters of NJ workers and Unions across the board. Nothing but respect for this place.

Great staff! Great food. Went here today for both breakfast and lunch. In the morning I got a bacon egg and cheese. That was great with fresh break and thick cut bacon. Called in a cheesesteak for lunch with lettuce tomato and Mayo. That was also great. The owner Alan was super friendly and I saw he has great relationships with his customers.

Big Al’s is the hidden gem we all been looking for and I finally found it… my new go to spot for quality subs. Today was my first time experiencing Al’s greatness .. quality meat and a great great quality roll… it starts with the roll..huuuge sandwich extremely cheap i couldn’t believe it.. the price is unbelievably cheap and for what you get this place is unbelievable.. they also take credit card… this place is A1 boars head product I’m in love.. they also have lottery machines
