We love seafood so when my wife and I found this place we had to give it a try. They have several different platter options that are different combinations of crab and shrimp. You order at a counter and seat yourself. I was really surprised at how good everything was although my wife’s portion of crab was noticeably smaller than mine. The one complaint I would have is that it had to have been 80-90 degrees in the small dining room. Would have been much more pleasant if the temp was more comfortable.

Wow! We have had sea food in lots of different places and this is by far the best! There isn’t much left to be said in the ocean of 5 ⭐ review’s so I’ll just say it was fantastic! The young lady who helped us out was the best. We will definitely be back!

Amazing food!! You pay up at the front not at your table.. they were really busy when we were here and forgot to mention it for a hot minute but all good. The food was so delicious and you get a ton of food. We tried the lobster tail, shrimp, crab legs, and we got the cheesecake too. Definitely will be back for more!!

The crab legs here were the best I’ve had in a long time. It is hard to find good crab legs in this area. The seasonings were on point and not too much of any one thing. The potatoes were delicious as well in the corn and the sausage. Go to this place if you’re looking for crab legs in this area.

We really enjoyed the food at Big Al’s! The crab and shrimp were really good, and the seasoned garlic butter drizzled on everything was really good too. It was kind of odd to get a boiled egg with the meal, but even that was good with the butter. The sausage and sides were enough to fill you up, even though there could be more crab on the plate for what you pay. Our only complaint was with how cold it was in the dining area, but when asked to turn the heat up, the friendly staff quickly did so. I would suggest wearing a coat you don’t mind getting some butter on if you’re eating there on a cold winter day, since you probably won’t want to take it off to eat. All in all, it was a very enjoyable experience and I would recommend giving it a try.

Small restaurant! I wish it was larger because the wait for tables will give you a wait! BUT it’s well worth it! Food was delicious! I was so full I couldn’t finish the sausage, but the rest of my plate I practically enhaled! Staff was super nice! Would Def recommend!
We paid approx $60 with tip and drinks for 2! Not bad!

First time at Big Al’s Subs, I got a kids mini sub, a triple with beef, turkey and bacon, toasted. Doesn’t look great but it was excellent! Great flavour and bread was excellent. As I was leaving 14 little K looking kids came in. I ran!! Haha!!!

My son and I stopped in to get subs at Big Al’s on our way to the Rosebud cottage Fall Festival. the food tasted good but the portions were small for the cost. the Small sub is about 3 inches long and the “Mama” is about 6. $7 for a combo for the “kid,” and $10 for the Mama. Sandwich, drink and a chips or cookie for the combo.

A little heavy on the butter… Corn was either frozen or overdone as it was on the mushy side… Hard boiled egg was cold in the inside… Overall, crab, sausage, and shrimp were good… I’d forgo the “Big A” platter (option 1; $29), and would order 3 crab leg clusters ($10 each) and sausage link ($3) instead…
