Fish and chips special with upgrade to sweet potato fries great! Fish batter crispy, food hot. Server Jessi is attentive and friendly! Food came out in about 10- 15 minutes.

Walked in to a sign that stated to seat myself, then proceeded to wait +15 minutes before someone came to take my drink order. They are Pepsi products. I ordered a diet and a water, only got the diet. I ordered 12 wings to try two different sauces. Spicy BBQ and Daytona. For the main course I ordered the Atlantic Salmon with two sides. Grilled vegetables, and hush puppies were my selections.
The waitress informed me that the salmon comes with lemon pepper seasoning, but I had the option of adding a teriyaki or chili glaze for extra flavor, I decided against it. Fish was good, the vegetables were a little over seasoned, but still not bad. The wings were decent size, so you definitely get your money’s worth. The sauces I picked were mild, the spicy BBQ was a little disappointing as it could have had a little more kick, but still had food flavor overall. And the Daytona had good flavor as well, not spicy at all, so a good pick if you are trying to stay away from heat.

No one greeted us at door. Had to ask waitress sitting in booth if we sat ourselves? Ordered food, they neglected to inform me that my side salad was a spring mixture to which I’m unable to eat, sent that back and replaced with fries. Got my burger and it was completely burnt, dry and couldn’t eat it!!! Worst part was the service….. only talked to our waiter 2 times because they never came to ask if everything was good until 20 mins later with both the salad and burger

Went to a company party held at Big 10 in the party room. About 18 people. Service was great, but we knew it would be since we requested Ashley as our server. She is ALWAYS attentive, personable and down right AMAZING! Food was delicious, drinks were fast and the atmosphere was spectacular.

Ordered a full Cesar salad and got less than half of a side salad serving for $11. The pizza was no better than chunky e cheese slop. The wings were edible. For the lack of decent service and steep price, will not be back. Don’t waste your money.

We all had something different and we all thought the food was absolutely amazing! Our 14 year old son said the waitresses were very nice and he was impressed over all as well. Spicy chicken sandwich was his #1 from any restaurant so far!

The waitress was very friendly and attentive but the food, not so good. Two people in my party were served spoiled coleslaw. When I say spoiled I mean so rancid I could smell it two feet from my nose. In addition, multiple people had indigestion and they didn’t even get the coleslaw so I can only assume it’s from bad hygiene. If a restaurant can’t do something as simple as rotate and check their stock for freshness and wash their hands I’m out forever. Won’t be back.

Be prepared to wait an hour and half+ for your cold food to come out. We ordered chips and salsa as an appetizer and it took 45mins. Drinks somehow managed to came out AFTER that. Floors are sticky, booths are so warn in you can feel the springs.

I reserved the back room at Big 10 last night for a family reunion/Husker watch party for about 35 people. I live out of state and worked with Ashley a few weeks before over the phone. Thank you to Ashley for making the day run smoothly, keeping up on drink orders, and thank you to Aaron for providing a wonderful food buffet.

The food and service at Big 10 were good, and I can see why people enjoy coming here. That said, I did notice an area that could use some improvement. In the restroom, cleaning supplies and chemicals were stored openly under the sink (I have a photo). This doesn’t give the best impression and could be a safety concern.
With a little more attention to detail in cleanliness and proper storage, this place could easily make the dining experience feel even more welcoming and up to standard. I think Big 10 has a lot of potential, and I hope to see these small improvements made in the future.
