We stopped on our way through town from the airport. Cozy little pub with a neighborhood feel. Personalized service (Fred showed pride in his work) -our burgers were delicious & definitely upgrade with this red cabbage slaw-that presentation! Took a gluten friendly cookie home, so good too!

A friend recommended the food here and it did not disappoint! I didn’t know what a Bierock was so ordering them was a given. I ordered the Lamb Bierock and my friend ordered the Southwest Bierock for pick-up.
The food was done on time and ready for pick-up. And the staff is super friendly!
Each meal came with a pickle, bag of chips and some dipping sauce for the Bierock’s. I did like the Southwest better than the lamb. Next time we will try the burgers! Highly recommended!

Everything we got was great, 2 classics with cheese, 2 vegetarian, both soups, wedges and popcorn. Definitely get the popcorn, it’s amazing. The wedges were good, but honestly, I think the chips and pickle spear might be a better way to go. Great beer list too, perfect place for a cold, snowy lunch.

We absolutely love Bierock! We live in Fitchburg, but are happy to drive the extra 20+ minutes to come with our kids because the food, atmosphere, and service are phenomenal. Our kids are always welcomed and our daughter LOVES that they have a bookshelf full of board games and LEGOs! We look forward to the weekly special bierock, but always love the menu constants. They also have an excellent draft beer selection.

I’m ashamed to say this is my first time here and it’s right in my neighborhood. We went for Burger week and was it worth it. The Nebraska burger, white aged cheddar, caramelized onions in brown sugar on a pretzel bun. Simply delicious. For dessert we had the Caramel Apple Bierock served with a side of caramel sauce. Needless to say, this is my new favorite neighborhood bar. Great service.

We had a great time at Bierock! It’s a “word of mouth” sort of place because you have to drive into the mall to actually see it (nestled between Ace Hardware and a Pickle Ball court at Northport and Sherman Aves). A friend who lives in the neighborhood mentioned it me. It’s a comfortable and reasonably quiet place to talk (inside or outside seating available), it has a deep selection of craft beers (many Wisconsin and local titles), and the food was original and delicious!
The menu shows thought. The appetizers have gourmet twists and you can order them like tapas or upgrade your entree’s sides (default: a decent portion of kettle chips and a pickle). We shared the slaw, potato wedges, and spinach puffs (spinach dip in phyllo dough pastry squares) and we were not disappointed at all. The entrees consist of “bierocks” (meat pies–meat or vegetarian filling in a folded pastry) and burgers. We opted for lamb, beef, and vegetarian bierocks, and we tasted each others. Wow! They were great! And, they come with a dipping sauce that is paired with your individual selection.
Beyond the food, Bierock’s aims at being a social gathering space (it hosts event nights, themed gatherings, and live music on weekends) and it is a community-minded business and supports many local causes. Overall, the vibe is relaxed, positive, and encouraging to families of all varieties. So, if you’re looking for something beyond the usual pizza or fish fry (not that there’s anything wrong with that), give ’em a try. We’re glad we did!

Amazing meat pies (Bierocks)! There are several to choose from to suit your tastes. Didn’t try the burgers but they looked good. Service was awesome even on a cold snowy night. It’s like Runza but even better!

The beer selection was not only large but filled with very delicious selections. The staff were very attentive and worked extremely hard to make sure we felt comfortable. The food was good but not great. I don’t want to make a blanket judgment though because we just got appetizers. It’s nice to have a place like this in the Sherman/Northport area. I will definitely be back.
