Very cool place. I really liked the patio—it’s comfy and has a fireplace. The food was really good

Excellent! Bien Y tu exceeded all my expectations. The food and every dish tasted fresh and well seasoned. The service was just as impressive; the staff was friendly and attentive. The ambiance was warm and inviting. In addition, comfortable outdoor seating and outdoor fireplace atmosphere that made the whole dining experience even better. This was our second time back and plan to be back again. The steak and enchiladas are great dishes

A friend and I tried it for the 1st time and it was SO GOOD. We started off with a yummy margarita and chips and dip and the salsa was top notch with the perfect amount of flavor and spice. My friend had the quesabirria tacos and they were perfect and flavorful. I had the Carne Asada tacos with the bone marrow puck and it was so flavorful as well. Service was top notch as well. Will be definitely heading back!

The burrito with the hippie hash is hands down one of the best vegetarian burritos I have eaten. Ingredients were super fresh and not overly salted. The space is lovely. Service was attentive and lowkey. I was not expecting this from a Castle Rock restaurant. I will be telling all my in-laws who leave nearby.

Delicious food, nice presentation and good ambience. Management: Make sure to take care of the little things. We were in the back corner and the table wobbles and the case that brought our bill needed a wiping down. Still, we’ll be back.

Loved that they let teenagers get work experience! Our server Taylor was sweet and attentive.
Food’s pretty good, could be better. My potatoes (side for the chimichurri steak) were a little undercooked in the middle but I enjoyed it regardless.
I recommend the salsa flight though! Top tier.

We went to Bien Y Tu for the first time yesterday for my boyfriend’s birthday. This place is so pretty! The food is excellent. Tayler was our waitress & she was wonderful! She recommended the best apps, food, & drinks. She was very helpful & sweet. I can’t wait to go back!

Got a recommendation to try this restaurant and really happy we did. It is just off the main downtown castle rock. The interior is really neat and has a really interesting vibe. The tacos we got were great and the flight of different salsas was definitely something to get.

Had a great lunch with a buddy here and the appetizers (salsa flight and guacamole) and crunch wrap was so delicious!!! Parking was a little tough but definitely worth it. Highly recommend!
