BibiSol has always been really great since it first opened, and it continues to be one of the very few restaurants in Sioux Falls overflowing with creativity, warmth, and hospitality where the food and the menu continue to somehow improve and evolve with every returning visit. In a small city that is full of restaurants with below par service and average food at best, BibiSol is bursting through that ceiling and is setting an exciting new standard of hospitality and delicious food made with quality local ingredients.
I most recently ordered Ray Ray’s Toast for Sunday Brunch and I would define it as a perfect dish. I felt it used every important element needed for a perfect dish (salt, fat, acid, and heat). A 10 out of 10 dish.

OMGosh!!!! I had a favorite 2026 burger when I got here. I had an all time favorite burger battle burger from 2024 when I got here. THIS burger is on the “all time favorite burger” status. The flavors played together so nice!! It is the perfect combination of sweet, savory, and spicy!! Try it before it is gone.

This was my second visit to Bibisol, and I ended up ordering the same thing as last time—a tamale. I usually like to branch out and try new dishes, but on a chilly evening, the tamale just sounded warm and comforting. It was delicious again, though it seemed to be missing a little something compared to my first experience. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but it was still a solid, satisfying choice. We ordered a cilantro-lime sauce on the side, which added a great kick and boosted the flavor nicely. The staff, as always, were super friendly and welcoming—one of the highlights of the visit. There’s so much on the menu that looks amazing, and I’ll definitely be back to try more. Bibisol has a great atmosphere and plenty of dishes worth exploring!

Not impressed. Service was really good and they were extremely attentive!
The food : not too many options, small portions and flavor was regular. I asked the aioli garlic sauce and that gave some flavor to my tamale
My bf had the pork belly tacos and he loved it. Still, only two tacos for $16
My flavorless tamale was $20
Beautiful decoration and nice atmosphere

I had the Lentil Al Pastor Empanda and I will be coming back to try everything else! It’s a casual and cozy atmosphere with very reasonable prices, but the service makes it a fine dining experience. If you are unfamiliar with any menu items, the staff is happy to guide you and explain the many flavors offered.
The evening I went, the chef checked on all the guest. Truly an exceptional dining experience

Food is unlike any other authentic restaurant you will find… amazing, and atmosphere is about as perfect as you can get it, but the service is the reason why I come here every time I’m in Sioux Falls. Every employee makes eye contact with you and smiles when they walk by, they are so incredibly nice, and they take an interest in their customers and their conversations. Still have yet to find another place like this

If you’re into Mexican food, you have to check out Bibisol! We went for Sunday brunch and honestly, every single dish was packed with flavor and so thoughtfully made. You can tell they really put love into what they do. The service was super friendly and professional, and the whole place has a stylish, upbeat vibe. It’s such a fun spot — hands down one of the best places for amazing Mexican flavors and good energy.
We booked a reservation ahead of time, which I’d definitely recommend!

This was enthusiastically recommended to me this past weekend so I had high expectations coming in and they exceeded them! I went in for lunch and wasn’t terribly hungry so when I spoke to my terrific and friendly server and she made a perfect recommendation for the half nachos. I realize that might sound that adventurous or exciting but these were if not the very best one of the tip two I have ever had! They consisted of house-made tortilla chips, succulent barbacoa and picadillo though you can add your own protein, queso, cotija, microgreens, crema, cilantro, scallions, onions and pickled radish
The menu is mostly gluten and dairy free, locally sourced and they have an James Beard award so can’t recommend this place enough!

This was a religious experience! Incredible experience for those looking for a surprisingly fresh and complicated taste palate – with locally-sourced and made from scratch food. Hands down the best meal I have experienced. Wish we loved closer, we would be here everyday! Wow!

Love the old building. The 25 burger battle burger was absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed the sauce and fresh cucumber
It is best to have a reservation.
The shrimp tacos are a MUST. The pork belly was good also. We will be back to try more menu items.
Highly recommend
