Where can you get freshly cooked real veggies, quality protein, and clean carb? As someone who cooks regularly at home with fresh ingredients, it’s not easy for fast food to impress me. Initially, I was very doubtful, but now I am sold! Food has been consistently well prepared. You can make your own if you know what you like or follow the pre-made suggestions. The drinks are so unique and yummy. The reward system is great. Free bowl for a mom for Mother’s Day and the thoughtful gift of a rose!

Food is 10/10. Service is terrible. We have ordered online for pick up multiple times. No joke at least 3x they have forgotten half of what is supposed to be in the bowl. So we had to go back after we got home and realized their mistake. Their remedy after we drove 10 min there, 10 min back 2x was to give us cups for a drink. Management here sucks. They leave their employees short staffed on a Saturday night. I get that it’s busy but this happening multiple times is not acceptable. Maybe pick a different location to go to.

Everything was clean and orderly, Cesar the GM, Pablo, and Aida were behind the line serving.
They were all so friendly and attentive
All the ingredients were fresh and I added the Salmon to my bowl. It was all DELICIOUS!
My cousin said she’s taking her husband because she enjoyed her bowl so much and my sister is hoping they will open in Glenview close to where she lives
There was a nice lunch crowd and it wasn’t noisy at all

We have been here 3x just this week. This place is UNREAL. 1st – support your local businesses. These bowls start to finish are fantastic. This is our new take out. The options, freshness, protein are all incredible. The sauces are very, very good ! There are so many options – it’s very easy to mix it up and not always eat the same thing. Purple rice to vermicelli noodles are all outstanding as well as the free miso soup. Give this a place a try – it will not be your last ! Service is impeccable. Everyone I dealt with was 10 out of 10 stars. They really go out of their way as well as the nice portion sizes. I had a small minor snafu and they gifted me a free bowl which wasn’t even necessary but very thoughtful of them. Skip Chipolte — go to Bibibop Asian Grille. Overall very healthy, veg options and gluten free. Wished I knew of them sooner !!!!!!! 10 stars. Will be here for the 4th time this week because I am taking my husband there. Not sure how anyone could find one thing negative about Bibibop Grill.

Incredibly bad pickup experience. Can only pickup via their drive up window, but they’re having cars wait at the window if it’s not ready which queues up cars in their single lane drive up. Even though my order had been done for 20 minutes, I’m not able to get to it. When I went in store to request, the employees refused to give it to me except through the pickup window. Turns out the reason they wouldn’t give it to me is it wasn’t done. When I got to the window 40 minutes after the app said my order was ready, they said “we’re working on it.” When I asked why the app said it was ready, they said it’s automated and they have no control over it.
